Hotel horrível ! Funcionários não se importam com as reclamações chamei o Gerente 3 vezes e ele se recusou a nos atender

Hotel para adolescentes! Quarto em péssimo estado de conservação. Ar condicionado não funciona direito e os funcionários dizem q é assim mesmo! Secador de cabelo muito ruim e não funcionava direito! Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém ! Além do barulho e das festas ao longo da madrugada! Tive que trocar 3 vezes de quarto por causa do ar condicionado que não funcionava!
Paguei para 3 pessoas cheguei no hotel apenas duas camas feitas . Tive que ir buscar na recepção lençóis e arrumar a minha própria cama! Resumindo não indico a ninguém

Pros:

we're here last year and it was great: however this year awful! unsure if under new management or just new staff? the staff were so rude and obnoxious. lots of complaints by people we spoke too.Never again!
