Localização, atendimento por parte de alguns funcionários.

Cons:

Adquiri a poção tudo incluído, mas estava muito limitado nos serviços disponíveis.
As areas de lazer abriam tarde (10h00) também de lamentar que fechavam antes da hora prevista, ou seja, por volta das 18h45/18h50 retiravam as pessoas de toda a piscina e área envolvente.
comida muito limitada e sem grande variedade e sem tempero, valeu a pena ter os saleiros em cima da mesa (apesar de ter mais arroz do que sal.
Hotel frequentado por escalão etário muito novo, o que faz com que se oiça muito barulho de noite nos corredores dos quartos.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfasts offer something for every taste. My children and I really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back here again! ❤️

Fantastic hotel with great facilities
Pros:

We have stayed here 4 times now and we just love it! Excellent facilities, great pools, rooms and staff!

Cons:

All inclusive food is very much the same day to day. This is okay for breakfast and lunch but a little variety for dinner would be great as by day 3 we were getting a little sick of it.

Comfy friendly hotel with a nice chill out vibe, not too far from the main bars and beach. Very good
Pros:

The rooms were clean modern and plenty of space. The beds were very comfy. The hotel had a nice relax atmosphere, the pools were very clean and a nice setting. It had a mixture of young and old. The breakfasts were all you can eat for 17 euros which was great value.

Cons:

I didn't like how rough i felt in the morning. But that was nothing to do with the hotel, but more to do with the drinking we did. All round it was a very good trip in a nice hotel.
