We had so much fun at Inn seasons Pollard brook! The kids loved the pools and hot tubs, our loft 2 bedroom was huge and beautiful! The decks view was AMAZING! The kitchen came fullt equipped with beautiful applicances and had everything you need to cook and eat just like as if you were at home! The beds were comfortable, the jetted tub in our room was also amazing! The daily activities they had were really great for the kids for a small price, the soft serve ice cream was also a hit! There was construction going on for the exterior of our building like painting and i just wanted to point out the painters were super friendly and were just great people, all the staff i came in contact with were very excellent with customer service skills and everyone made you feel welcomed! Theres also tons of pool holes nearby like cascade falls! We will defintly be back to make more beautiful memories!

Check in was a bit longer but that is because they moved our room to accommodate our requests. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Pools were awesome and the outside hot tub was at a great temperature.

The unit we rented was much bigger than we thought. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony. We stayed on the bottom floor built into the hill so the moldy, wet smell was throughout the hall to the elevators. The room was perfect tho. And tons of extra things to do (2 pools, great game room, spa, etc).

Pollard Brook was the perfect base for a solo hiking week in the White Mountains. The room is well appointed with an incredibly comfortable bed. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a wonderful way to unwind after a day in nature. I took advantage of some of the activities; especially enjoyed the moose and wildlife tour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to hiking.

Pros:

The price you pay for the value was amazing King bed, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and dining area. Couch with fire place and a deck to sit while having an amazing view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly. Great for couples or families.

If I had to say something "negative " it was that there isnt an elevator, but thats a real nit pick on my part.
