A disaster…
Pros:

Only the location the rest was very disappointing.

Cons:

The toilet tank is leaking and making noise. We asked them to fix it, but unfortunately they couldn't, and no one came the next day. There was no room to turn around in the shower. It was full of dust and dirt.

Pros:

Os funcionários foram excelentes, e a localização não podia ser melhor. O centro histórico estava logo ali, e apesar da agitação do centro da cidade o hotel era sossegado.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto não primava pelo desejável. Estivemos no hotel por duas vezes e na primeira vez o quarto não estava convenientemente limpo (lixo no chão e pó nos moveis). Tive que chamar a atenção da receção para a situação, e o pedido foi atendido. O corredor de acesso aos quartos estavam igualmente pouco limpos. O quarto tinha dimensões exíguas, e a colcha da cama apresentava um grau considerável de degradação. Na segunda estadia o quatro já era maior, e já estava um pouco mais limpo. Por outro lado penso que o pequeno almoço deveria ser até às 10:30 horas e não até às 10. Este pormenor dá sempre jeito para quem está de férias e que não se quer submeter a grandes stress matinais, que era o nosso caso.

Probably would not stay there again.
Cons:

My shower had mold in the corners and the doors did not close completely and the water leaked out onto the floor. The bed was not comfortable.
