Lovely place, fantastic location, great staff (very understanding)
Pros:

Great location next to Cathedral.

Cons:

We had come for a relaxing weekend without the kids. Would have been nice to have Smart TV option in the room eg Netflix

Lo único la situación.

Cons:

No me gustó para nada que clasificaran habitaciones estándar por plantas que estaban sin reformar. Es la primera vez q me pasa en esta cadena de hoteles. Nos mandaron a la 5 planta sin reformar. Muy diferente a las plantas y las habitaciones inferiores q estaban mis amigos.

Modern hotel close to the cathedral
Pros:

Central location only a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Modern city centre hotel. Friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious and comfortable. A choice of pillows is available. Good air con and lighting.

Cons:

We booked this hotel as it stated that the parking was onsite. It is not. The parking is two streets away underground and costs 21€. Shower gel is provided but no other bathroom items such as shower cap, cotton buds, nail file etc. Only one small bottle of water is provided.

Mener at tilbudet var for lite på hotellet .. og personalet kunne vært mer imøtekommende .

Vi fikk ikke verken 2 enkle senger som jeg ba om, utsikt mot Katedralen eller terrasse. Baren åpnet ikke før kl 18 på ettermiddagen så vi var tvunget ut for å få kjøpt noe drikke og tapas. Vi kom 2 minutter før 11 til frokosten og ble avvist umiddelbart. Ikke noe særlig vennlig personale.
