For people who come to melbourne for the first time, they would likely want to explore the city. The location to city is a bit far especially if you can only ride in taxi/uber which can get expensive. But for me even if I came for the first time, I just wanted to stay at the apartment forever because it felt like home :D
There was a few things I would consider, for example, we saw a yellow stain in the bigger blankets (it was hard to see) which could indicate cleaners don’t wash the blankets or replace the blankets which is concerning. Hygiene is really important especially in the bed area where you sleep for a long period of time. There was also a stain in the sitting room couch, please please clean things properly and leave it spotless for us.
For the kitchen area, it was good but I wouldn’t say great. I’ve never used dish washer in my life so I hand wash the dishes. Every time I wash the dishes, the water goes on the surface and falls back to the front door area where you enter, it left me putting towels to prevent the water from dripping. But we used dish washer, it was good experience for the first time.

The property was a newer style.
Bedding was cheap. Didn’t even have a cover on the quilt. No house keeping. Out door areas were very unclean due to next door. The couch was uncomfortable. U need to find a better one.

Great stay, two key pads, didn’t work it out for a bit...
Raining and windy while trying to do so, a little trying.
Only comment was WiFi drops out frequently if you are to view a movie.
Over all good stay...
