L'emplacement m'avais bien impressionné (un grand complexe avec plusieurs piscines. Mon séjour a été tres agréable et j'espere de retourner l'année prochaine.
Le petit déjeuner- buffet était extra bien (une grande selection des spécialités et des fruits (très apprécié).
Le parking gratuit devant l'établissement.
Le monsieur à la réception (check-in) très gentil (bon conseil et bien réglé le problem de double réservation). Un grand merci

Une nuitée était un peu bouillante par le voisin. L'ouverture et fermeture de la porte de veranda difficile.

Plusieurs piscine à disposition, l’hôtel est grand et bien situé, ayez une voiture de loc parce que niveau bus sur l’île c’est un peu compliqué je pense. Le personnel est très gentils mais l’anglais est indispensable si vous ne parlez pas espagnol. Bon dîner en demi pension cela change tous les soirs.

Cons:

Les lits sont extrêmement dur vrmt matelas horrible. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas c’est vraiment pas normal. Le congelo était continuellement ouvert donc toute la nourriture du frigo a congeler on a dû tout jeter. Et un four est présent mais pas de plaque donc inutile.
Les fruits sont plein d’eau et vraiment pas bon ( ne prenez pas le jus d’orange ou jus d’ananas)

La réception, les piscines, le personnel et l'emplacement géographique. Le petit déjeuner au top, il y a beaucoup de choix

La restauration, trop répétitive, est peu épicée et l'heure de fermeture des piscines trop tôt.

Nice pool rooms located next to our large group we had 5 rooms so nice to be close

Cons:

A few unpleasant incidents in the restaurant from a young female staff member on multiple occasions ,however the gentleman in the restaurant and bar was wonderful
Beds was really hard they had put two singles pushed together to class as a double these would come apart every time you moved in the night ,

The accommodation was awful, badly needs updating , tiles missing off the walls in the bathroom, rooms were shabby , patio area and table and chairs were disgraceful, fridge freezer and cooker awful state , walls cracked at the front door to the accommodation and the whole place needs an upgrade
