Ms. Pam made staying at this property worth it. The front desk staff could've cared less about accommodation. Especially 2nd shift

Everything was nice
Breakfast had a lot of choices and I like the healthier ones. I don't like eggs from a carton.
The eggs or sausage. It wasn't a healthy choice so I passed and had fruit.
I was so impressed with the property and even more with the employees who were ALL so kind and helpful and so genuinely concerned that my stay was a positive experience. I seldom encounter this kind of customer service anywhere!
In particular I’d like to acknowledge Johnathen who was on the front desk when we checked in. He was amazingly helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. Thank you so much.
I give this property my highest recommendation….
On arrival the reception staff were friendly , attentive and made sure our needs were met. The receptionist was so helpful and allayed our fears about our roof cargo bag being secure if left on the car. The room was spacious and clean and well equipped (microwave, large fridge, cook top, sink and utensils. The bed was comfortable king size and the only fly in the ointment was being woken around midnight by police sirens on highway 555. I have zero complaints about this hotel and all praise for the friendly staff. Breakfast was served early and the kitchen staff are friendly and cheerful (considering how early they were up and working, well done). There was lots of southern hospitality doled out to guests. Thank you. Bonus points for being adjacent to a Cracker Barrel for supper. (Smile)

Long term stay (5 days) in two bedroom suite. Suite was fully equipped, roomy bedrooms and nice sized bathrooms- one with walk-in shower, tv’s in all rooms, fireplace in living area. Nice, comfortable furniture, very clean, well maintained. Wonderful staff, very helpful, and accommodating. Clean laundry facilities. Great, free breakfast cooked by Tanya and Jean!
This property is an older one but the staff give 100% to assure guests are comfortable. The breakfast staff are always watching to make sure things are right. I can’t name one desk clerk because they all are customer service oriented and try their best. Finally, housekeeping. The head housekeeper is so attentive to guests. From a personal perspective, she has cleaned my room when the other housekeepers are busy. Outstanding job by all that are lead by their GM. Ms. Rebbeca was swift to address any issue I had. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the laundry area. Older machines that have occasional maintenance issues. My understanding is this will be resolved soon.
