Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Très bon hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. La grande plage est accessible a pied très rapidement ainsi que de nombreux lieux, plages et activités. Vous retrouverez également des restaurants, bars et boutiques tout autour. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le lit est confortable. Très belle vue de ma chambre et toutes les commodités en plus étaient appréciable (boissons, peignoirs ...). Je recommande et reviendrais !

Pros:

L’emplacement idéal pour pouvoir se balader dans le centre de Biarritz, tout en étant au calme
Un accueil du personnel exceptionnel. Sincèrement nous avons même eu la chance d’être surclassé.

Локация просто шикарная! У меня был номер с прекрасным видом на маяк.

Cons:

Хотелось бы воду в закрытых фирменных бутылках. Была налитая в многоразовые бутылки.

Nice stay in Biarritz, if you can deal with lazy staff to whom hospitality is a myth
Pros:

Newly refurbished rooms, Seaside-Resort style, quite fitting to Biarritz. Location of the hotel is excellent

Cons:

Quite disappointed with the staff. Especially with the one guy at the front desk, he was not helpful, unfriendly, could not care less. Our friend was sick and we asked if we could have at least 1 room a bit earlier than the 3pm check in time, which he declined. So she had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours while being sick. Nice welcome! No flexibility, no going above and beyond. We had to ask for bathroom towels 3 days in a row, the cleaning lady always "forgot" to provide some. It is the small things like this that matter, and the staff in general were not enthusiastic about their jobs.

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner étais très sympathique mais pas trop qualifié…..
Débarrasse à la main , tasses par tasses , assiettes par assiettes , n’utilise pas un plateau , ce qui éviterait bcps de pas! Sur le portable régulièrement ou à l’office pour discuter……
Ce matin ( lundi de Pentecôte) 4 personnes pour tenir les petits déjeuners, avec une bonne organisation 2 personnes suffiraient.
Ensuite dans notre douche , le gel douche etait vide , sur demande on nous en a remis un .
Bref nous étions venus à Noël , ça semblait plus professionnel.

lo mejor la ubicación céntrica

Cons:

nos ha decepcionado bastante que no limpiaran la habitación, estando fuera prácticamente todo el día, en un hotel esperas que te limpien la habitación.
tampoco nos gustó que siendo un grupo de 4 amigas nos pusieran habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, esos detalles marcan ma diferencia entre una atención correcta y excelente

La literie, très dure, les coussins désagréables, le monsieur du petit dej très très désagréable, qui demande 3 fois quelle chambre on occupe en étant agressif ;(

Good hotel in the heart of Biarritz with very short walking distance to the beach.
Pros:

Big family room with good seating arrangement, comfortable bed, good sound isolation. Paid parking next to the hotel.

Cons:

If there was a proper coffee maker in the room I would certainly have appreciated more.
