Pros:

La situation géographique parfaite pour se balader dans biarritz.
La dame du petit déj qui a 1 accent était très accueillante et agréable

Cons:

La literie, très dure, les coussins désagréables, le monsieur du petit dej très très désagréable, qui demande 3 fois quelle chambre on occupe en étant agressif ;(

Good hotel in the heart of Biarritz with very short walking distance to the beach.
Pros:

Big family room with good seating arrangement, comfortable bed, good sound isolation. Paid parking next to the hotel.

Cons:

If there was a proper coffee maker in the room I would certainly have appreciated more.

Salle de bain trop étroite
Clim mal réglée bloquée a 22 dégrée et étant au 8 eme étage il fesez trop chaud
Pas de gant de toilette pour se laver
Lumière trop sombre à notre gout dans la salle de bain
Pommeau de douche qui fuyer au niveau du joint nous avons dû tous défaire le tuyeau pour remettre le joint afin de ne pas avoir de l’eau qui couler à coter du tuyeau ….

Ubicación perfecta, trato del personal excepcional y habitación super cómoda para ir en familia. La cama y las almohadas super cómodas, que siempre se agradece.
