Pros:

Really friendly staff
Location is the most that you can ask for
Brekfast is good with lots of options, the fact that you have to cook your eggs yourself is a bit annoying
Well sized room
You can borrow umbrellas and towels for the beach from the reception desk

Cons:

The cleanning done during our stay.
No slippers in the room, you have to ask for ... wierd
Hard to dry your swimsuits

Great Bright rooms in modern hotel . Cleaning staff have VERY bad Body Odour .

Great location right in main central area . Clean modern Room . Parking within 30 seconds walk .

Cons:

Roon Cleaning staff should start with cleaning themselves !!! .... not acceptable to have corridor and room smelling of VERY strong body odour ....get some soap and clean yourself guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a management issue ...tell your staff they stink ...

Good address but don't expect the comfort and charm of a four star hotel.
Pros:

Well located in the city center. Staff friendly and helpful (especially Ismail).

Cons:

Small lobby. No parking available. Rooms ok but not equipped to the same level as a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Excellent location for Biarritz. Superb breakfast. Helpful and considerate staff. When our TGV was cancelled the staff were helpful which was much appreciated. The early breakfast was a kind thought. Thanks.

Cons:

Habitación familiar con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación cerca de todo, es muy práctico si viajas con niños, porque la playa está a un par de minutos igual que las opciones de aparcamiento. La habitación familiar en la que estuvimos estaba genial, era amplia, tranquila y muy limpia.
El desayuno buffet es variado y hay opciones para todos los gustos.
Por último, mencionar la amabilidad del personal de recepción y del comedor, de 10!
