Chilled.
Pros:

Excellent location for Biarritz. Superb breakfast. Helpful and considerate staff. When our TGV was cancelled the staff were helpful which was much appreciated. The early breakfast was a kind thought. Thanks.

Habitación familiar con excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación cerca de todo, es muy práctico si viajas con niños, porque la playa está a un par de minutos igual que las opciones de aparcamiento. La habitación familiar en la que estuvimos estaba genial, era amplia, tranquila y muy limpia.
El desayuno buffet es variado y hay opciones para todos los gustos.
Por último, mencionar la amabilidad del personal de recepción y del comedor, de 10!

Pros:

Had a lovely stay here for two nights. Great city centre location easily accessible to all amenities. Staff were great, room was good.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Très bon hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. La grande plage est accessible a pied très rapidement ainsi que de nombreux lieux, plages et activités. Vous retrouverez également des restaurants, bars et boutiques tout autour. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le lit est confortable. Très belle vue de ma chambre et toutes les commodités en plus étaient appréciable (boissons, peignoirs ...). Je recommande et reviendrais !
