I got 2 different rooms, delux was a decent size but the shower was shocking toilet seat does not fit the sest so kept moving, sink taps you had to look for it as the sink was higher then the taps so hides it.
Other room i got was a standard room, toilet faces the front entrance lengthways so to get to the toilet you had to step over the toilet and had no shower curtain water splashes everywhere.
You get one electronic key so when you leave you take the key it switches the whole power off.
Booked for a week stayed only 2 days.

Stay here !!!! Every morning Miss Thu would cook me a fresh breakfast while Miss Koy would make sure I’m laughing and full of smiles. The entire staff at this small property made me feel like family. They made sure to direct me to the best attractions throughout Pattaya. Thank you-Gayle

朝ごはんが8時からと言うのが、ちょっと残念。
Reserved a room for two adults however only one key was provided. Further, if we wanted a second key, there was a 500 THB charge!
Also reserved a room with a pool view. We did not get one. We were put in a corner with a view of the staircase.
The staff was very friendly however I would not stay here again.

The rooms are great with most on groind floor. No waiting for elevators. The staff stand out for being so friendly

Das war ok . Es gab keine gutes Essen. Mann muss draußen zum essen gehen.
The facilities needs refurbishing, specially the toilet which had some mould and was dirty, including the walls, the shower as well as the curtains.
Also, if you’re paying by car bare in mind that you will get charged 5% more just “for using the card machine” , which I don’t think is fare, as most hotels in Thailand don’t charge you for that.

Paradise Land Resort is perfectly placed to enjoy the highlights of Pattaya. Unfortunately, the beds were so hard the floor would have been more comfortable. The pool and spa were awesome after a hot day out but we were limited to when the staff would turn the spa on. If it was after 5pm they would say no. (Even though the pool was open till 8:30pm) With this in mind we will not be returning to this resort.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, always polite and smiling, nice swimming pool, close to the beach and centre for shopping, would definitely recommend
