Conrad Tokyo never disappoints
Pros:

Always an amazing time staying here at Conrad Tokyo! The executive lounge service here is top notch!! Welcomed to the lounge by Rudra who is a definite asset to Hilton with his genuinely cheerful & caring demeanor!!
Also the “signature scent” that is diffused in the lobby area & the hallway to the lounge is absolutely marvelous!! Upon researching, found out the exclusive scent can be purchased at the shop in the lobby - room spray, essential oil or reed diffiser. FYI: Shop is not Hilton owned so room charge is not possible.

Enjoyable short stay at Conrad Tokyo
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Tokyo. Staff were friendly and professional and the room immaculate and well-appointed. There was some noise from trains running below our 34th floor room so earplugs were necessary until about 1 am. Other than that everything was perfect and the views from the lobby amazing. Great location within easy walking distance of Ginza and the beautiful Hama-Ryku park just across the road.

We had dinner at the the Cerise restaurant which offers nice selection of dishes. Kasuki and Marin took great care of us there with excellent, friendly service.

We would have no hesitation returning to the Conrad Tokyo.

My All Time Favorite
Pros:

Conrad Tokyo is probably my favorite hotel of all time. Everyone we interacted with treated us very well. With Diamond status we received a room upgrade, which was very kind. We received free breakfast and the breakfast at Cerise is very good quality, especially for a hotel breakfast. Housekeeping makes multiple stops in each day to make sure you have everything you need. Room service was fast. Also, every time I pressed the button for “star service” I felt I was really cared for. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, which by the way is only available clothes-free. Also enjoyed the pool, and the executive lounge. Location is great, nearby two stations. Views from the room and every restaurant in the place were amazing. We have stayed in a good amount of five star hotels, but this one is my favorite. Hilton really does a very good job of hiring and training. The people are the best! Brand loyal over here!

Exceptional staff at the Conrad.
Pros:

What a wonderful experience. The staff at the Conrad was exceptional, beginning with the check-in experience. Emily was so thoughtful and helpful. She got our vacation off to a great start. We had breakfast and supper both days, the wait staff was superb. Ai and Shunsuke were especially helpful. We will be back!

Home away from home
Pros:

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at the Conrad again. This is our family’s third time staying here and the service has always been great and this trip was no exception to that. We were celebrating my birthday and my daughter’s birthday while we were there. Peter from the guest relations team was amazing and added some special touches for us that made our trip even more special! The front of the house team was amazing and is still amazing. The staff members remembered us from our previous trips. Our family will definitely be back in the future and we are eagerly awaiting our next trip in the future.

The location of the hotel (if it’s your first time in Tokyo) may seem out of the way, but it’s extremely close to a metro station that you can easily access. Our family actually loves the location because it’s close enough to get to metro stops but it’s not in the extremely crowded areas that it’s hard to walk around. It’s very close walk to ginza for eating and shopping as well (make sure you take the above ground walkways to shorten your walk).

Lovely, but
Pros:

The Conrad is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. It is expensive but the views and spaces are worth paying more for. Our only disappointment was the dinner food and drink options within the hotel. The options ranged from high to ridiculous and even the supposedly casual cafe/ restaurant was well overpriced without the quality to back it up. My vegetarian Ramen was bland and ordinary. I added salt and asked for chilli oil to make it just ok. The real disappointment was the wine prices. There were no options for a casual wine. Even the least expensive was exorbitantly priced. Such a shame in an otherwise lovely hotel.

Conrad Tokyo, March 2026
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the staff very efficient and friendly. We only had a snack and the included breakfasts but we found these to be very average. The breakfast buffet - things that were supposed to be hot were not. Eggs that were cooked to order arrived almost cold. The service was extremely slow. Note if your room is on the city side it can be noisy from the trains. The bay side is very quiet and I think much nicer.

Excellent restaurant for a special dinner, great food ,wines & Japanese excellency in service.
Pros:

Arrived from Frankfurt/Germany this morning just for the one night before going on a cruise for the next two weeks around Japan. Room on 31st floor , well furnished with all amenities. Had dinner in the " Collage " ( Modern French ) restaurant ( 28th floor ), ceiling is 7m high! Pleasant seating, quite and very friendly/polite staff served us for our min 2hrs stay. Interesting menu and excellent Champagne ( white & rose ) and 2018 French dry red wine. The whole atmosphere was so different than dining in Germany or other European countries.

Consistently Excellent - Beautiful Hotel. Convenient location and superb staff
Pros:

After a long 14 hour flight across North Pole I arrived at Haneda. Very convenient to Conrad Tokyo. Such a warm welcome on arrival. The lobby is on 28th floor. Service was flawless, smiles from the staff. I felt Conrad Tokyo was like home from home.

Upgraded to a beautiful Bay View Suite. Extremely comfortable. I particularly enjoyed a visit to Ueno Park to see the Sakura in full bloom. So beautiful.

So many people working at Conrad Tokyo are delivering exceptional and excellent Japanese Hospitality. It was such a privilege to be able to enjoy 5 nights here.

Only can give the highest recommendation. Special thanks to Peter Mizutani - he did so much beyond the call of duty to help me plan my stay. Peter gave me suggestions and assistance. A real credit to Hospitality. I am so appreciative of Team Conrad.

Look forward to returning soon. Thanks to all

Incredible!
Pros:

One of our best hotel stays ever! Even with the base level room on the lowest floor (30th), the room was breathtaking! (Despite Diamond status, no free upgrade as the hotel was sold out.)
A wall of floor to ceiling windows, with a room-length couch to enjoy the view, plus automatic blinds for the bathroom, to soak in the view from a luxurious soaking tub. Loved the extra touch of a Conrad rubber ducky and a Conrad teddy bear. The bedding was the most comfy I had in all of Japan!
Great time at the bar, with its huge windows with sweeping views of Tokyo Bay. Inventive cocktails + a phenomenal whisky flight.
Executive Lounge has both Japanese breakfast and Western options, plus a deluxe egg course on order, whether you want uni scrambled eggs or lobster benedict, etc. (albeit it's not wise for their kitchen to drench the lobster in bernaise sauce.) Cocktail hour at the executive lounge isn't great, as their complimentary wine offerings tend to be subpar (low 80s, B-), and they don't mix any cocktails for you, although they have some hard liquor on hand for you to pour yourself (a bit of a misnomer).
The pool, which is a lap pool, is gorgeous, especially at night.
It's a shame they have a tiny gym; not much strength training equipment.
$1,500+ near cherry blossom season. We feel like we got great value. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to visit again!
Pros:

Mizutani san was a wonderful host and made us feel truly welcomed at the Conrad Tokyo. He was energetic, enthusiastic, and focused on ensuring we had a great stay. The staff at the Conrad Tokyo are amazing. The rooms are large, clean, and luxurious. The location along the bay overlooking Hamarikyu Garden is beautiful. The hotel is easily accessible through both the Shimbashi and Shiodome stations.

Wonderful Stay Full of Surprises.
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at the Conrad, starting with a Diamond upgrade to a beautiful suite. Wataru Inoue, the Bell Captain, took care of us from the moment we stepped out of our cab, showing us around the hotel and explaining the features and opportunities. What a surprise to receive a delicious cake and strawberries in the room in recognition of my birthday! Then we met Fumie Murase, the guest relations manager, who provided invaluable information on touring and transportation and sent me another cake and little Conrad bear! She showed genuine interest in being sure we had an excellent stay. We felt so cared for, we didn't want to leave. But we will have great memories of our stay, the quality of the hotel, the delicious and bountiful breakfasts, and the warmth of the staff.
