The moment we arrived at Conrad Tokyo, it was clear this was going to be a stay unlike any other. The level of hospitality here isn’t just impressive — it’s genuinely memorable, and that’s a rare thing in even the world’s finest hotels.

Breakfast was an absolute highlight of our mornings. The spread was extraordinary, but one dish stood head and shoulders above the rest: the Lobster Omelette. Rich, perfectly executed, and utterly indulgent — it’s the kind of dish you find yourself thinking about long after you’ve checked out. Whoever is behind that creation deserves serious recognition.

But the true heart of this hotel is its people, and no one exemplifies that more than Peter, Guest Services Manager. Peter is, quite simply, exceptional. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for throughout our entire stay. He has that rare gift of making every interaction feel personal and unhurried, as if your comfort is his only priority. Conrad Tokyo is fortunate to have him, and he alone would be reason enough to return.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and I have stayed in many Hilton’s around the world and this is without a doubt the best Hilton.

Location is perfect! Close to many many lines, convenient stores.

Rooms are nice, the view is amazing, the executive floor is worth it for the view!

But the best is the service and the people, from the people in the first floor that go above and beyond to get you a taxi, to concierge team, I would like to recognize Koji very helpful and to everybody in the restaurants. This is an amazing hotel.

I have no words to describe our experience at the Conrad Tokyo hotel. The only ones that come to mind are amazing and thank you!!!
Since the moment we booked our stay to the minute we left the hotel, everything and everyone was just outstanding. Peter our concierge went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, he helped my husband with a surprise welcome to our beautiful room for my birthday, it was wonderful. Thank you Peter from the bottom of my heart.
Every detail was on point, the cleanliness of the whole hotel, the professionalism and kindness of every employee was superb. Each meal we had at the hotel was delicious, the breakfast at Cerise was great, but I have to highlight our meal at Kazahana, and specifically our chef Waka, he made our dinner unforgettable. I celebrated my birthday every single day of our six days at the Conrad Tokyo hotel, thank you all for making our visit such a memorable one. Looking forward to visiting you all soon!!

The Conrad Tokyo never disappoints. I have been coming to the hotel for over a decade and yet have to be disappointed. The checkin is always truly professional quick and pleasant. There are a lot more people checking now then when I first started staying. I guess the secret of how great a hotel they are has gotten out. The breakfast still is top notch with many things on offer from both the buffet and the menu. The rooms are large, well laid out and comfortable. I was traveling with a family member and they completely understood as to why this is one of my favourite hotels globally. I am looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The bellman quickly came to assist with our luggage. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Guest Service Yui Kobayashi was helpful with delivering our luggage and answering questions. The food and atmosphere at the Kazahana restaurant were top notch, matched only by the friendly staff. The room amenities are also great…we just wish we had more time.

This was a big trip for me and family to celebrate my birthday. Conrad Tokyo does not disappoint- they upgraded me to a suite that was so roomy and the bathroom had heated tiles! This place is very luxurious and the staff wants to make sure you are taken care of. We loved the breakfast buffet and made-to-order food. Conrad Tokyo is also very convenient as it is right above Shiodome station. Top notch service, definitely want to come back!!!!

Wow! Where do I even begin with this Conrad Hotel? We ended our two-week trip to Japan here, and we were not prepared for the exceptional level of service and stunning rooms we were given. As a Hilton Diamond member, I booked two rooms—a king and a twin—for our family. We were fortunate enough to receive Lounge floor access, which added to the overall experience.

The rooms were simply beautiful, featuring high-end furnishings and finishes. The bathrooms were a highlight, with heated floors and soaking tubs equipped with a TV that connects to your phone. A sound system was also available, allowing you to relax and unwind with music playing throughout the room.

The staff at the Conrad Hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The turn-down service was particularly impressive, as they set the rooms in a relaxing mode with pajamas, soothing music, and gentle lighting, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding upon our return.

One minor complaint I had was the requirement to make a reservation for cocktail hour in the evening. While I understand that the hotel provides various food options during this time, I found the selection to be somewhat limited compared to other lounges. There were no desserts or sweet treats to end the evening on a sweet note. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

The location is wonderful, walkable to Ginza for luxury shopping and a train station right out the door.

Overall, I highly recommend the Conrad Hotel, especially if you’re looking for a luxurious 5-star hotel. It’s more suited to the executive clientele, so it may not be the best choice for young families.

My husband, a friend, and I spent five nights at this magnificent property in central Tokyo, and it exceeded all of our expectations. If I had to describe our experience in two words, they would be: top-notch hospitality. Truly, it doesn't get any better than this.
The spa facilities, daily breakfast, and executive lounge were among the highlights of our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, creating a relaxing and luxurious experience from start to finish.
We would like to thank all of the team members who made our first stop in Japan so memorable and unforgettable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Japan and would gladly return in the future.

This place was fabulous.
Accomodations were top notch and the staff was amazing 🗣️🗣️🗣️SHOUT OUT TO PETER🗣️🗣️🗣️. From the moment we arrived, he was there to guide us to the best eateries, events and excursion. His recommendations were spot on.
This place is quiet, clean and a sweet relief after a busy day. There is always a taxi available and there is plenty to do in walking distance.
I do wish that the spa stayed open late and offered nail repair services.

Our recent stay fully lived up to the high standards expected of the Conrad brand. The staff throughout the property were highly professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to ensuring our complete satisfaction.

The room was excellent, and having a premium Bioprogramming hair dryer available was a fantastic, high-quality touch. The location is also very convenient, the iconic clock is just a few minutes' walk away, and it was great to catch one of the clock shows.

We also really enjoyed the dining, as the food was consistently good. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to check out the lounge happy hours on this trip, but we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Rudra at the executive lounge was a wonderful host. Concierge service was excellent and helped us sort out our luggage transfers. Can’t say enough about the wonderful hospitality team throughout the property.
