Pros:

This hotel was under construction when we arrived. It was horrible dust everywhere, paint smell, stairs were blocked which is a fire violation ! Checked the room and it wasn't even finished!

Cons:

It was not anywhere ready for occupancy!

Love the hotel but very disappointed.
Pros:

Have stayed here a few times before and it's great for our family. Since our stay last year, the rooms are currently being updated and they look great. Project not yet complete but will be even better when finished. Rooms seem to be more spacious. New beds, flooring, fixtures. Bathroom could use updating and cleaned but overall nice.

Cons:

We were not aware hotel was under renovations when we made this reservation. This made for an unpleasant experience while we were at the hotel. Pool was closed, due to open the day after we arrived and it never opened. This was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel next to the location being in between both baseball fields we were playing at. Lobby renovation makes it hard to navigate and breakfast was minimal compared to their usual.

Pros:

Rooming for 5 to 6 people. We had 2 adults, 2 teenagers & 1 child. The pull out couch could hold an additional child.

Cons:

The phone did not work at all, couldn't even call the front desk. We needed additional towels & they provided 3 for our family of 5, we had no housekeeping at all while we were there or gone for the day. We took out our own trash and kept reusing the same beach towels that we brought, because it advertised free laundry service, but they did not. Not only did they not provide free laundry service, they also do not provide free housekeeping!

El trato del personal muy bien

Cuando saque la reservacion en ningún lugar dice que el hotel esta en reparación por que si llego hacer adivino no saco paea ese lugar o la hubiera cancelado pero me entero al llegar allí y veo que esta en reparación con olor a pintura mi niña alérgica estaba estornudando y escombros en la primera planta lo otro es que no limpiaron ningún dia la habitación

Pros:

The rooms very comfortable clean updated, although a night only the staff was attentive to bathroom situation and fixed it bright and early in the morning

Cons:

Our toilet messed up and we were without for the night had to use lobby bathroom and we were on 3rd floor

Pros:

So the rooms were pretty clean and nice but we went when they was doing construction and wasn't told about the construction so no pool or anything else they offer was open

Under construction and updates, but not a distraction
Pros:

The front desk staff at checking was nice but I didn't see any staff after that . The location was a nice distance from the beach and other stores and restaurants. The updates in the room were nice. Showers have shampoo and conditioner. We has the 2qn beds and one sofa bed ,me and 5 kids slept with enough room. Also room was a good size. It was mostly quiet throughout the night

Cons:

Maybe I didn't read the reviews or something but the hotel under construction in lobby and some rooms. The back door was wide open to the hotel at 9p when I returned. But no one was in and out of it. Construction workers( i assumed)were loud and talking in the hallways. Door did not automatically close when I came into the room. A nice size gap at the bottom of the door, which is why I was able to hear talking. No closet door on the closet.

Not a bad place to crash for the night
Pros:

The lobby was nice. We were able to check in early which was kind of them. Location was convenient.

Cons:

The floors in the room were SLIPPERY. So slippery in the bathroom and entrance were so slick with and without shoes, and the room smelled like bleach- which at least I appreciate is clean. The carpet felt almost wet as well. The TV also didn't work which was more of an inconvenience but not the end of the world.
