As an old historic building it has lots of stairs.
Perfect location just minutes from the town square. My room was right by the historic merchant's mural on the wooden ceiling which was a great way to start my visit in Tallinn. Staff was incredibly helpful and had great suggestions.

The room was too warm and no aircon, but it was an old building, too many stairs we were not expecting (no lift), the rooms were ‘tired’ in need of an upgrade

Die zentrale Lage. Architektur des Mittelalters. Es ist ein Erlebnis nur durch die Gänge des Hotels zu gehen (Deckenholzfresko). Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Die Sauna. Freundliches Personal.

Posizione centralissima, in un palazzo storico.
Le tende non erano oscuranti, l’abbiamo segnalato alla struttura e ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero provveduto.
Il bagno è datato: il rubinetto si muove, la doccia con la tenda, la tavoletta di plastica, porta scorrevole danneggiata.
TV piccola e non funzionante, anche se in una città come Tallinn la tv è l’ultimo dei problemi!
Fantastic location in the middle of everything. The rooms we had were wonderful onto a central courtyard. They were large with comfortable interiors. All the staff were delightful and could not do enough for you. We had a perfect stay.

The location is great, about 100 meters to the old town square. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The free use of the sauna room was a nice surprise for me.
The door of the initial room was jammed badly due to the wet weather. After one night, they were able to change me to another room.
Zentrale Lage in der Stadt, außergewöhnliche Zimmer und Einrichtung, sehr zuvorkommender Empfang, launige Einführung in die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Tallinn (to see and no need to see ;-)), tolles Frühstück - vor allem die warm zubereiteten Eiergerichte - und noch mal ganz herzlichen Dank für das Upgrade auf die Presidential Suite!!
Badausstattung: es fehlte eine Ablage für Kleider und Handtuchhalter, Spiegel & Föhnsteckdose waren etwas weit voneinander entfernt.
Fernseher in einem Schlafzimmer war defekt, Hinweis wurde bedauernd aufgenommen, kein Austauschangebot.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom beautifully clean and newly renovated. Good value for money. Authentic old town hotel.
Found the room was very hot and poorly ventilated. Outside courtyard run down and needs a face lift.
