Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist großartig. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig und lecker.
Hôtel au cœur de Tallinn à deux pas de la place centrale de l'hôtel de ville. Personnel agréable. Petit déj correct.
Ma chambre était située à l'arrière de l'hôtel, le confort était là mais sans plus. La salle de bain pas pratique du tout avec la baignoire sans rideau de protection, une galère. Peu de meuble pour poser ses affaires. Un bruit constant de ventilation était présent (pas forcément venant directement de l'hôtel).
We didn't have a very large room but it was perfectly adequate for our stay. The hotel is right in the centre of Old Tallinn and a perfect start for any exploration. Only had one breakfast there but it was excellent.
The room was beautiful, old house's rock walls were left to be admired. The location was excellent, in the Old Town, next to many interesting attractions. The staff was super friendly and helpful too!
The room was lovely but not super practical: there were high stairs inside of the room to get from the main space to the bathroom. Definitely not for one with weak knees, let alone other impairments. But quite probably they would have given me another, easier room if I did have impairments.

La posizione era fantastica!!
Undici gradini per raggiungere la mia stanza… in un cortile su cui tutte le camere credo affacciassero. Diciotto gradini per la sala colazione. Queste cose andrebbero segnalate Credo che siano fondamentali. Nel bagno una gran bella vasca ma senza un tappetino di gomme per evitare di scivolare!! Alla mia richiesta di questo mi è stato dato un secondo tappetino di stoffa per i piedi!!! Spero che abbiano una ottima assicurazione perché è facile farsi male in quel modo.Io credo che non si possa considerare albergo a quattro stelle ma un B&B. Quando sono arrivato … con le mie valige ci sono passata davanti senza accorgermi che li c’era un albergo.Colazione modesta… prevalentemente salata ma le girelle e cornetti erano di pessima qualità. Anche esternamente non sembra di entrare in un albergo… Poi nessun auto può arrivare lì davanti… quindi 20-30 metri da fare con valigie a piedi e con la pioggia è stato un disastro! Possibile non dire prima questi possibili disagi? Io non ci ritornerei mai più e sconsiglio a chiunque di andare.

Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. 37 cm Fernseher im 3:4 Format, mit Tape geflickte Lampenstromkabel. Unser Bad lag 5 Stufen im Keller und hatte nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang, individuell aber unpraktisch.
Location and staff were the highlights. It was also neat to stay in such an old building, but it appears many of the buildings in Old Cities are quite old. The location led right to the main square. And yet, I didn't feel it was overly loud. The staff from the front desk to the kind girl working at the coffee shop were a delight to speak to. They were super helpful and polite. I don't know how they kept up with that energy working with tourists all day. I also realize now that we were given a super nice room, and I'd like to let the hotel staff know that we're grateful for that!
I don't know if I have any real complaints that are the hotel's fault. I wish breakfast would've been cheaper, but everywhere is as expensive or more. Perhaps some of the carpeting and such look worn. But I'd prefer this to a hotel that updates frequently, since that's not good for the environment. Where it mattered, I feel that maintenance and upkeep were done.
Il punto di forza assoluto di questa struttura è sicuramente la posizione: si trova a pochissimi metri dalla principale piazza medievale della città, davvero comodissima per visitare tutto a piedi. La stanza era essenziale, ma aveva comunque tutto ciò che serviva per un soggiorno confortevole. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della spa, un servizio davvero comodo e che ha aggiunto valore al soggiorno.
Excellent location! Staff are very friendly. My bed was huge.
Carpet is quite worn and really needs a refresh. There was obviously no one above me for the first two nights I was there but the third night it felt like there was a baby elephant upstairs. Also, my room was a bit stuffy and I had to have the window open during the day.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the main square, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide and varied selection.
The medieval-inspired style was not entirely to my personal taste, although I understand that it suits the character of a historic hotel in Tallinn’s Old Town. More practically, there was very little shelf space, especially in the bathroom. The carpet looked rather worn and gave the room a less fresh feel, although this did not seem to be a housekeeping issue. The furnishings were also somewhat basic, and there was some chipped paint on the wall.
