Terrible
Pros:

Location was very nice, but this Hotel was well below standards. our room was spacious, but very dirty, food and hair on bed, clothes in top dresser drawer. food on air conditioning. microwave dirty, mirrors dirty, and the worst management I have ever seen. We got a refund and went down the road to a beautiful hotel and very clean and professional.

Cons:

Everything! Would never recommend this property to anyone. Not up to Hampton standards at all.
