Személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes,csillagos 5!Az ágy szuper kényelmes, a hotel elhelyezkedése is szuper, villamos /vonat 2 perc....A forgalmas elhelyzkedés sem zavaró, nem lehet hallani semmit a zajból. A reggeli nem rossz, lehetne egy kicsit nagyobb választék,kissé egyhangú...ami volt az kifogástalan, friss, finom... A szoba nem túl nagy, de a célnak megfelelt.

Cons:

502-es szobában a melegvizzel voltak problémák 🫣 hol volt, hol nem volt... Ha türelmesen próbálgattam nagysokára sikerült, de 2xvolt hogy nem sikerült... Ezt leszámítva szuper hely, csak ajánlani tudom! 😉

Pros:

A szálloda lokaciója kiváló. A reggeli nagyon jó volt.
A tisztasag megfelelő volt, a szemelyzet kedves, segítőkész.

Cons:

A 6. emeleten voltunk a belső udvar felé. Csendes volt, de sajnos neha nagyon erős csatornaszag jött valahonnan, ezert az ablakot nem lehetett kinyitni es a friss levegő hianyzott.

Comfy but needs improvement
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, within walking distance of many important city spots you want to go. The breakfast is awesome.

Cons:

The room was comfy, but the hotel is generally very old, and the rooms are too. Maybe for such an expensive area, this is what you get! However, some things could be improved:
1- The bathrooms smelled bad! We don't know whether it was because of the cleaning detergent they used, which smelled very bad, or if it was a sewage smell.
2- The fan in the room stopped working, and despite our several requests, it was not fixed.
3- The e-keys (cards) were single-use. After we used them to enter the room, they stopped working, so we should have been given another card. There was a technical issue with their system, and staff were aware of it.
4- Also, the walls of the bathroom had stains on them. I asked for cleaning, but it did not happen.

Acceptabil, dar nu l-as recomanda altora, din perspectiva curățeniei
Pros:

Amplasare: foarte aproape de gara; în situația în care sejurul în Nisa presupune și deplasări în localitățile învecinate, atunci cazarea în acest hotel este perfecta, întrucât din hotel pana la gara Nice Ville se fac max 3 minute pe jos
Micul dejun: variat (brânzeturi, mezeluri, fructe proaspete, fructe confiate, fructe compot, patiserie, legume, etc.), cu produse de calitate, prezentate foarte frumos și în condiții de igiena foarte bune
Personalul din recepție și sala de breakfast: amabili, doritori sa te ajute/indrume

Cons:

Curatenia: atât camera, dar mai ales baia, nu se prezentau în condiții de igiena foarte bune; Baia prezenta urme de murdărie pe ușa de acces, pe ușa dusului, pe capacul toaletei
Prosoape/lenjerie: pentru un sejur de 6 zile, 5 nopți, nu a fost schimbata lenjeria niciodată (nu consider un lucru foarte grav, ca apoi nici acasă nu o schimbi în fiecare zi), dar din perspectiva prosoapelor lucrurile au stat destul de prost, în sensul în care au fost schimbate o singura data și asta s-a întâmplat a 2-a zi de ședere
Dotările camerei: fără spațiu de depozitat valize, un singur scaun intr-o camera tripla, un dulap mic pentru hainele a 3 persoane
