If I am travelling again to Nice, I am staying here
Pros:

Excellent staff. In the last few years of my European travel, this was one of the best hotels. Breakfast is hefty and fresh, and up to 10:30 AM. Best location. 24/7 staff on counter and always smiling and going out of their way to help.

Mal insonorisé, nous parlions à un débit normal dans notre chambre et notre voisin cognait dans le mur pour que l'on parlent moins fort.

Einrichtung in Frühstücksraum und Reception schön und gepflegt.
3 Min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof und in 15 Min. zu Fuss in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Lift ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Keine Storen/Fensterläden und kein Moskitonetz - wir waren nach der ersten Nacht bei offenem Fenster voller Mückenstiche.
Teppichboden nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado. Fica a uma quadra da estação de trem, tem vários restaurantes na proximidade e não fica longe dos pontos turísticos de Nice.
Os funcionários da recepção são ótimos!

Cons:

O quarto é extremamente pequeno, quase não dá para duas pessoas se movimentarem ao mesmo tempo.

A disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, lack of basic supplies, and unresponsive service.
Pros:

The shower wasn’t working—we reported it twice and nothing was done. There was no extra toilet paper despite asking multiple times, and the holder itself was broken. We also found broken nails on the floor, no milk in the fridge, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Overall, very disappointing attention to cleanliness and basic maintenance. There was one shampoo for handwash, hair, and body! all one.

Pros:

Location near the train station. Room got upgraded which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are very pleasant and so helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small in triple room. Toilet very hard to sit comfortably on. Shower temperature varied from too hot to cold.
