Extremely clean, reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Nice.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and near to the train station. The old town is 15minutes away. The hotel staff were very polite and professional. The hotel itself was very clean.

Cons:

The street was a little noisy at night due to its location. However it did feel safe. Could have provided a mini bar or at least cold water due to the hot weather.

位置很好，离火车站五分钟不到，很方便而且酒店挺干净的每天都会有工作人员打扫卫生并且帮我们把衣服叠好物品摆整齐。工作人员也特别好，可以提前寄存行李或者离开的时候寄存行李。而且我在海里游泳划上了找工作人员问有没有要也提供了。

Fabulous, will sure repeat it
Pros:

-Location is great, near the train station and near the shopping street, around us was every thing we needed, 15 minutes walk to the old town and beach
- I have to mention that the bed and linen was very comfortable, from where did you buy it 😂
- very clean
- Room AC was very convenient
- Cupuccino was great 😊

Pros:

Prijs vs kwaliteit lag ver uiteen. Drie nachten € 988,00 voor een kruiphok (3 x 4 mtr) . Bedden werden niet verschoond gelukkig wel opgemaakt. Niets extra’s. Ronduit slecht!

Cons:

Alles. Smoezelig, kruiphok (3 x 4 mtr.) als kamer. Bed werd niet verschoond, je kon amper om het bed heenlopen. Weinig opbergruimte. Kleine douche.

Central location
Pros:

Great location, literally down the street from Nice-Ville station and lots of tram stops close by, so it was easy to take day trips, etc
Bed was comfy, and shower had good pressure

Cons:

Unfortunately the room wasn't sound proof at all, this paired with a shop opposite that played loud music into the night meant we didn't get the best sleep - I had to use earplugs, but I don't think the hotel themselves could do anything about that
