Soggiorno nella media, stanze non eccessivamente pulite, prive di kit di cortesia, li abbiamo richiesti alla reception. Colazione modesta e non di qualità, i succhi sembravano allungati con acqua. Le torte non erano sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’établissement est sympa et atypique, avec une jolie décoration et une grande piscine très agréable pour se détendre.

Cependant, quelques points négatifs sont à noter : notre chambre était située juste à côté des cuisines, et elle était assez mal insonorisée, ce qui a rendu les nuits un peu bruyantes. De plus, la piscine n’était accessible qu’avec un bonnet de bain, ce qui peut être contraignant pour certains. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est inférieur à ce que nous avons pu connaître dans d’autres hôtels.

Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel plaisant, surtout si vous cherchez un cadre agréable et atypique pour profiter de la piscine et de la ville.

Le cadre est beau certes, mais contrairement à ce qui est indiqué : il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres !! Uniquement à l'accueil et à la piscine. Les chambres donnent sur un petit patio à partager avec la chambre voisine et compte tenu du passage devant les chambres il faut tirer les rideaux pour avoir un peu d'intimité ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner semble bon mais la foccacia était rassie, aucun fruit frais. La vue de ma chambre : locaux techniques et électriques et tuyaux en tout genre, loin de l'esprit de qualité, quand à avoir une autre chambre... impossible. Eviter les chambres en 100......., pour moi a éviter tout à fait.

Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast.
There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us.

It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep.

The best part of this resort is the restaurant. Donato our waiter was awesome and friendly. He went above and beyond to please us. He made our meal that much better. The food is outstanding. Everything we ate was delicious. The room was okay but we did experience some mold in the bathroom. When we told the staff, he just shrugged it off like it was nothing. One of the restaurants was closed for good and the resort had limited events. We only stayed one night so it was okay.

Nice place with an impressive amimation offer. Good bar at the pool. Recommended for long term stays as check-in time is at 5pm. Breakfast only from 8-10 am is kind of short.

Convenable. Le stagiaire de l accueil est intéressant. L'organusation du petit déjeuner est maladroit. Attente pour service, toutes petites assiettes qui obligent à avoir plusieurs bras et avec les portes fermées pour aller en terrasse..
Arrive largement après 14hoo de loin, la chambre n est pas prête et on nous propose d attendre une demi heure lol. .bref Rien fait wahouuu...

Le parti comuni (location, piscina, ristorante, reception, bar) sono veramente belle e meritano tutte le 4 stelle che ha il resort, l'interno delle stanze a mio parere è da 3 stelle (lampadario e specchio sbeccati, portasaponi arrugginito, letti con materassi duri e testata rètro, portafinestra che si apre solo in parte), del resto la camera l'ho trovata tutti i giorni sempre pulita. Il personale è molto gentile, anche se in sala da pranzo a mio avviso regna il caos, doppie prenotazioni, piatti sbagliati, condimenti mai consegnati ecc... nonostante ciò complimenti ai cuochi perché il cibo è veramente buono ma soprattutto vengono proposti vari piatti locali. Metterei a disposizione su ogni tavolo o comunque a portata di mano dei camerieri (per via delle restrizioni Covid) almeno Olio,Aceto,sale/pepe e formaggio grattugiato. Per la colazione suggerisco bicchieri più capienti e in vetro (evitando così di generare quintali di plastica inutilmente). Personalmente non imporrei l'animazione e relativa tessera anche se la struttura e la sua posizione invitano ad una vacanza "villaggio" direi statica senza spostamenti. Metterei a disposizione monopattini e/o bici elettriche per poter scendere a Santa Maria di Leuca, di giorno con 40° è pressochè impossibile andare a piedi in paese, mentre alla sera la strada è piuttosto buia me è fattibile.

La struttura centrale dove c’è la reception, la piscina e la zona colazione, si presenta come in foto: molto bella e suggestiva.
Le stanze si sono rivelate non all’altezza delle 4 stelle e spiego subito il perché.
Intanto la struttura propone soluzioni indipendententi dislocate nelle zone comuni, peccato che quindi la nostra stanza si trovava a condividere il patio di ingresso con le due stanze di fianco e, considerato che la nostra stanza oltre alla porta-finestra di ingresso non aveva altre finestre o punti aria/luce, praticamente è obbligatorio stare con la porta aperta e i vicini e i passanti vedono TUTTO, addirittura nel bagno!
L’arredamento datato. Materasso: metà duro e meta’ sprofondava! Lenzuolo macchiato, asciugamano bucato.
Arriviamo alla colazione: contenta di aver trovato i prodotti senza glutine. La colazione in generale è abbondante: cornetti e torne varie per la parte dolce; grande varietà di frutta; ampia anche l’opzione del salato.
Non condivido la scelta di servirmi il latte in bicchiere di plastica, tra l’altro dopo aver fatto la fila, praticamente obbligatoria.
Concludo consigliando che la persona che alla colazione controlla gli ingressi, non costa nulla dotarla di termometro per misurare la temperatura a tutti quelli che entrano, soprattutto dato il poco spazio rispetto al numero di coperti.
Infine, nel terrazzo dell’hotel si stava svolgendo una cerimonia; dall’altro lato animazione con microfono fino a tardi. Poca attenzione al riposo degli ospi

buona posizione a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Leuca. Possibilità anche di raggiungerla a piedi, 10/15 minuti in discesa ed altrettanti in salita..ma la strada non è illuminata e la sera si vede poco! L'hotel è molto pulito ed il personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Buona colazione. Piscina pulita ed ampia con una allegra animazione.

alloggi non certo da un 4 stelle e 200 € in offerta last a notte con prima colazione, tra l'altro scarsa, cappuccini e altre bevande da macchinette che davano praticamente acqua sporca, non è ammissibile a mio parere la colazione dovrebbe essere impeccabile come qualità visto che di listino si parte da 350 € notte per una quadripla e solo colazione.
Secondo me 3 stelle sono piu che sufficenti e troppo costoso per la resa data
