A place i will come back again if for longer duration of stay
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and the fact they were able to make so many varieties of hot dishes

Cons:

The location - too far off from the prime areas . Also the time taken at the counter to check us in and also checking out took way too long - please improve

Excellent is all I can say!
Pros:

Breakfast was great we asked for Paratha and within minutes they were delivered hot and tasty. Especially a big thank you to Preet who would always come and ask if everything was ok! Also all the other staff were great organised my taxis to the golden temple and looked out for us. Thank you to all of you we will hopefully be back soon!!

Amazing stay at ITC!!!!! I Would surely visit again.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb!!! Especially the staff out there was taking good care of us arjun was serving us well thanks arjun!!!
All the staff of ITC was very very polite.
I had come there for my mom’s bday and they also gave me complimentary cake!! Which was very sweet gesture.

Cons:

Best services ITC has given to us there is nothing to improve worth each penny.

Pros:

Absolutely everything! The hotel was stunning - from the décor and layout to the beautiful, well-equipped rooms. The number of plug sockets and USB ports was so practical and thoughtful. The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and accommodating, always going above and beyond. The spa and pool teams were amazing, and when our massage ran over, reception kindly extended our checkout so we didn’t feel rushed. The food was delicious, and the restaurant team couldn’t do enough for us. Every detail was perfect - this hotel truly exceeded all expectations.
