The breakfast is AWESOME!!!! I had my dog with me - her first stay in a hotel! - and it worked out better than I had dared hope. Our room was on the first floor near a side door and there was a nice area with a disposal site where I could take her for walks. This worked so well that I am seriously considering switching from renting a van to staying at Hampton Inns for a 12-day trip to the Carolinas this winter! I was impressed by how quiet it was in our room, especially since Willow isn't used to other people being in nearby rooms or upstairs. She whoofed a few times but nothing major.
I had some challenges getting my phone wifi to work but it was probably me. No problem with wifi on my laptop. I was concerned because there were NO pollinators visiting the flowers on the property (and I checked them all!). I am fervently hoping that the pest control company does NOT use second generation anticoagulant rodenticides in the black boxes positioned along the foundation.
Clean room, clean bathroom, great hot water, lots of space in a king room.
Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, not bad, not amazing, plenty of selection from cereal to eggs to bagels to waffles.
Nothing, my stay was great.
Was told there would be pack n play available- staff didn’t know where it was. When they finally found it was visibly soiled and smelled of mildew
Close proximity to UMass., good restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and clean room.
Nothing, everything was positive.
Excellent desk staff.
Exercise equipment was in good shape and the room was clean.
Rooms were clean, in good shape, and pretty.
Breakfast had a variety of foods and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Liked the coffee in the lobby.
Had trouble with WiFi login - our last name and room number was not in the system when we checked into the room.
Easy to check it and check out. Very friendly front desk staff. Nice breakfast and comfortable room.
I Loveeeee This Hotel So Far It Has Been The Best One Ive Ever Stood In, Specially The Spa Room ‼️
Courteous & helpful staff. Location great.
The room was dark with no lights above the desk area. Light switches inconveniently located.
Room heater noisy but did the job.
My room was spotless, I was very impressed. Housekeeping and front desk were friendly. The breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. Great breakfast spread. Coffee was delicious and always hot and ready.
There was a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning. It sounded like someone was dropping heavy weights on the floor above my head over and over again. The hotel didn’t seem especially busy so maybe spread guests out more?
We texted the front desk to ask for a cot in our room very last minute. We were visiting our daughter in college and she wanted to stay with us. It was answered promptly and was in the room when we got there an hour later.
Room had a funny smell.
Smell in the room. Stayed at another Hampton Inn in RI from Thursday til Saturday and that hotel was much cleaner.
It was a great location, close to family in the area.
The bed felt extra firm, which was a bit too firm for me.
