Pros:

Gライオンアリーナでのライブに行くために、前泊で利用させてもらいました。立地がとても良く、新神戸駅まで直結しており、そこからアリーナまでバスで行けることを教えていただき、ライブへの行き帰りに迷うことなく、混雑に巻き込まれることもなく参戦できました。地下鉄で三宮駅まですぐのため、観光にもとても良かったです(^^)

Cons:

お部屋も快適に過ごせましたが、シャワーだけ使い方に少し迷いました。

Saved by the breakfast.
Pros:

Location was very useful.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff were courteous and kind.

Cons:

Air con was very old fashioned and inefficient for a hot room. Had to request an extra fan as it was too hot.
TV was very old and only good for terrestrial programmes.
Curtains were motheaten.
Duvet was so old it had patches with no filling at all.
Previous to arriving I had attempted to contact the property through Booking.com usual hotel channel. None of my 3 messages received any reply.
The room's decor was very old and in need of updating.

Clean room, confortable bed, nice view, right on top of shin kobe station

Cons:

Some lights not working in the room. Could hear noise from other rooms or laundry room on the upper floor.

駅直結で便利

注射の便利さで洗濯したウェイトが大きかったんですが、上記のように不便だった。

Cons:

エレベーターや駐車場の案内がわかりにくい。
駐車場が狭く、駐車場の枠内への車の出し入れが大変だった。また出入り口の案内もわかりにくかった。例えば、三宮のほうに歩いて行くには、どの出口がいいのかとか。
