お得で心地良し！
Pros:

新神戸駅とは繋がっていて楽に移動出来ました！
キャリーケースもチェックイン前、後にもスムーズに預かってくれてとっても助かりました！

Cons:

施設はかなり古い感じ感はありお風呂が汚れてると思ったら傷でしたが、レトロ感はあり部屋にカードを刺さなくても電気系統が使えて便利でした！

シーツの交換等は清潔にされていた。

Cons:

全体的に設備の老朽化を感じる。床のカーペット等も汚れが目立つ。
