Great option right next to Shin Kobe
Pros:

Nice conference hotel a stone's throw from Shin Kobe station with all you can expect from such a property.. except modernity perhaps. The hotel may show its age but to me it came across more like cute retro (like the wood paneling and hardwood bedstand with an old timey FM radio). The room was small but had everything I needed plus a kickass view of Kobe town and bay. Another plus, the proximity to the cable car for the beautiful Nunobiki gardens!

Cons:

I think the rooms could use a renovation but it's no biggie for me.

Pros:

地點距新幹線近，作為大阪與姬路的中間點住宿十分適當

Cons:

1、浴室設備老舊，浴缸內表皮有破損，不過不影響泡澡。
2、一入住房間冰箱內有前一位客人留下來未被清理的飲料
3、彈簧床不知道發生什麼問題，睡在上面可以感受到裡面的彈簧，很像沒有床墊的感覺

目的の半分は達成できましたのでよかったです。
Pros:

良い立地、清潔感と高級感あり。フロントスタッフの方はすごく親切で丁寧でした。

Cons:

清掃の方、何度も何度もメンテナンス通路の扉を乱暴に閉めるので、すごい音と振動でした。せっかく朝ゆっくりするために宿泊したのに残念。
最後まで手を当てて閉める必要はないですが、音と振動を小さくする程度の普通の閉め方をしても良いのでは？

Diciamo un po’ datata ma vista fantastica e posizione a soli 36 metri dalla stazione di Shin Kobe hotel pulito a cui non manca nulla nemmeno il caffè nespresso in camera 👏👏👏

新神戸駅から直結

Cons:

シングル2万円超えでユニットバスなのはコスパ悪い。
真冬に便座ヒーターなしは辛い。
枕が柔らか過ぎて眠れなかった。
カウンターが狭くてポットやコーヒーメーカーが半分以上を占めているので私物が置けない。
