We had such a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made our visit even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and the host was friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring the area while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again in the future. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What an amazing place. We went for the spa/afternoon tea package. Staff are so polite and helpful, pool Area spotless and fabulous. Afternoon tea delicious. Massage with Eliza best massage ever, what a talented, kind, caring person Eliza is, this was definitely the highlight of the day, thank you Eliza.

Hotel is spotless, staff very friendly. Leisure centre is great.
Asked for an iced latte at breakfast and rather than charge the room, there was a huge deal made where my husband had to go to the room for his wallet to pay for iced latte. Totally over the top.
My sisters and I visited the spa over the weekend. My masseuse, Charlotte, was wonderful and very professional. She was very friendly and informative and gave me recommendations for my skin type. The massage was lovely.
