Very busy and not possible to get a dinner reservation until 9pm (which was too late - despite asking @ 5pm when we checked in).
The hotel is clean and beautiful inside. Nice lounge and the room was of a great standard. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I understand that it’s a busy hotel, but buffet only option at breakfast is a little disappointing. No omelette etc.
Also, charging £5 for a cappuccino at breakfast truly is a shocker. I travel a lot, around Ireland and the rest of Europe for work. I can’t remember the last time this has been policy.
Personal is nice and professional. Good gym. Didn’t go to the swimming pool as it was too crowded.
Room is comfortable and spacious
The room was near a ventilation system so it was quite noisy and the fire alarm rang twice at 21:00 and 22:00. Food is not tasty at all

The air conditioning unit right outside our bedroom window, very noisy 😑
My son enjoyed the pool
The beds were very noisy, when we went for dinner we waited 20 mins for a staff member to come to our table and at 0620 am the fire alarm went off waking us from our sleep. Nobody offered a sort of explanation as to why this happened.
Great location, fancy hotel-resort. The set menu was amazing and the portions were really generous.
The room was superb, and the prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries included in the romantic package were the cherry on top to celebrate my birthday 🎂
We chose this hotel for location as we were taking our son to the zoo for his second birthday.
The hotel was amazing from start to finish of our stay. A great atmosphere, the food in the bar was beautiful, the children's buffet was genius our son was relaxed and settled when our food came. Definitely the best dining experience we've had in a long time. The swimming pool was a huge hit also.
We are planning our next trip back in the summer for a longer stay.
Couldn't fault the hotel at all, lovely and spacious and it was very busy so didn't feel like it was crowded. Room was clean and very comfortable and gorgeous Elemis products in the bathroom, pool was fantastic my 3 year old loved it, food was lovely for dinner and the waitresses couldn't do enough for us and it was still so busy at 8pm, breakfast was the best for us, I never had a hotel breakfast as nice for a buffet, everything cooked so well and plenty still available at 9:50am when we got there. Again waiting staff were lovely. Will 100% be back, always find the FBD hotels are top class in fairness Can't go wrong with clean and good food. 👌
