My son enjoyed the pool

Great location, fancy hotel-resort. The set menu was amazing and the portions were really generous.
The room was superb, and the prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries included in the romantic package were the cherry on top to celebrate my birthday 🎂

We chose this hotel for location as we were taking our son to the zoo for his second birthday.

The hotel was amazing from start to finish of our stay. A great atmosphere, the food in the bar was beautiful, the children's buffet was genius our son was relaxed and settled when our food came. Definitely the best dining experience we've had in a long time. The swimming pool was a huge hit also.

We are planning our next trip back in the summer for a longer stay.

Couldn't fault the hotel at all, lovely and spacious and it was very busy so didn't feel like it was crowded. Room was clean and very comfortable and gorgeous Elemis products in the bathroom, pool was fantastic my 3 year old loved it, food was lovely for dinner and the waitresses couldn't do enough for us and it was still so busy at 8pm, breakfast was the best for us, I never had a hotel breakfast as nice for a buffet, everything cooked so well and plenty still available at 9:50am when we got there. Again waiting staff were lovely. Will 100% be back, always find the FBD hotels are top class in fairness Can't go wrong with clean and good food. 👌

The hotel was extremely busy. I found it very difficult to find a nice calm relaxing area. When we arrived to the hotel. It was chaos in the lobby sitting area, there was people everywhere children running around, and a huge que for check in. There was a constant battle for a chair wherever we went. At the poop it was packed with people, it was a waiting game for anything. It was too over run for how small the areas were. The sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were taken by the gym goers and no space for people staying at the hotel for a break. The robes were shrunk and over worn some having rips and tears. I couldn't recommend the food enough. Iy was beautiful the breakfast snd dinner were amazing, I have no fault there. Its not the type of hotel to go for a romantic getaway, it's the same feeling you get walking through a busy street. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful too it is just the atmosphere that wasn't great for me, however this may not bother others.
On a last note the remote control was extremely dirty like it had never been washed, there was pink make up, other dirt stains on it.

Had a really nice stay at hotel staff really friendly and helpful..had a really nice pampering day in the spa lovely facilties also had a back massage from Aelita wow she is Amazing felt great after it ..So definitely will be back 🙂

1. Despite signs up at the pool indicating that the use of mobile phones is not allowed, the lifeguard was using his and when challenged, even justified using it! Pool was busy at the time. Brought this up at departure and was told 'we need to check the rules'.
2. Be careful that you book a table well in advance for a meal. We tried to book one at about 4.45pm on the Sat but nothing available before 9.15pm, despite the fact we were staying at the hotel! No flexibility at all. Room service was suggested. Prices on the room service menu are at least €5 more expensive per item than the restaurant menu and there is also a €8 room serive charge! In the end we ate at a local bar (The Carpenter), which was busy, but they found us a table and the food was as good as the hotel.

Waited an hour to check in, someone was going to come and get me from the lobby, they didn't. Room not ready on time, heating in room not working and didn't work whilst I was there. I asked for another room which fell on deaf ears. Explained all upon leaving, someone was going to call me, they didn't. Felt ignored for my quick one night stay. No one takes action. Hotel looks great on first appearances, but staff cannot grasp the nettle when there is a problem. Other hotel in the area are available.

Zara was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable, did a brilliant job and checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking. Would definitely recommend booking in with her!! 10/10

Superior service; tasty food; comfie clean room with devine pillows; lovely toiletries; wonderful facilities; great location and free parking. Will definitely return.
