We'll Be Back!
Pros:

The staff was outstanding! Jerome was just fantastic. He just goes above and beyond to help the guests. We will definitely be back because of the wonderful staff.
Breakfast was very good and the staff there were also extremely helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

The pool water is TOO hot! It feels like a very overhead hot tub. It was disappointing that we couldn't enjoy the pool.
