I will stay with you again if I am in the area.
Pros:

You attitude of your staff was outstanding! For the front desk went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The woman who prepared and served breakfast could not have done a better job. She was very friendly and managed the neatest and complete breakfast bars and refilled items promptly. I was so impressed, I went out of my way to tip her.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Staff were personable, polite and professional and went above and beyond I would have expected including saving the clothing we forgot in the closet. When we contacted them four days after our check out to enquire after those items they had them and were happy to mail them to us. This would not occur in every hotel.

I had to give it a 1 but that’s too high for my experience. I’ve traveled all over the South the companies I’ve worked for, the ball tournaments I went to with my kids growing up and occasionally just the wife and I sneaking off for a mini vacation. But HANDS DOWN I have NEVER experienced anything like this.we checked in tonight and I was getting ready for bed when I pulled back the covers and someone had obviously crapped in the bed. So someone on staff HAD to KNOW because the bed was made like normal.. And I’m not talking it was just a soiled sheet because it had leaked through the two sheets below it. The more I think about it the madder I get. I can assure you this will be my last stay here

Good, but not the best
Pros:

Breakfast steward was excellent in every way. Front desk was helpful n friendly. It was disappointing that staff never cleaned our toilet over our 10 day stay. Toiletries, towels, clean sheets were provided on a regular basis. It was very disappointing that the pool closed on our 3rd of 10 days due to an electrical issue and never was repaired.
