Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was good.

Cons:

I understand it was a snow storm but the parking lot was not plowed to park and had to park on top of a snow pile as an only option. Plows should have been continuous being first responders were booked there and coming at all times

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Excellent location as it is only 20 mins from Wodbury Commons. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff. The rooms are comfortable, roomy and clean. Breakfast was good!

Pros:

I had an issue with booking.com. the staff was compationate and understanding., even on a holiday and during a snowstorm.

Cons:

Booking.com didn't handle my reservation correctly. I won't use them again!

It is a very comfortable local hotel and if I’m in that area again, I would stay there

The breakfast was excellent offered a lot of choices. The only regret was it ended at 9 AM a little too early.

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was both patient and friendly, offering helpful assistance with anything we needed. The hotel lobby and rooms were spotless, which immediately added to our comfort.

Our room was clean, cozy, and had everything necessary for a relaxing overnight stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and refreshing experience. We would happily stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, a great location
Pros:

We found this hotel to be clean, comfortable and in a great location, close to Legoland and Goshen restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, linens soft and clean. We requested an early check-in (1:00), and our room was ready as soon as we arrived. We requested an extra couple of coffee pods, and an extra throw for napping, and these were immediately delivered. The Fairfield Inn has a lovely lobby with couches and a cozy fire. Breakfast buffet is complimentary, and serves up hot scrambled eggs, sausages, and a variety of toasts and cereals. But get there early, because it closes by 9:00 am, my only complaint. Coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby.
