I paid for the kitchen apartment and was conveniently moved upstairs to the hotel room that did not

Pool apartment like style hotel with kitchen

Cons:

After I went to check in I asked if I was on the first floor and he said it was on the first floor and I said normally I don't like to be on the first floor if there's someone above me and he said I could move to the top floor which I did not get my money's worth he put me in the hotel room above which didn't have the kitchen which specifically what I wanted so I feel like I was ripped off I didn't want to go to the top floor I would have been fine at the bottom floor just wanted to know if there was going to be someone above me I'm very sensitive to noise so for him to do that put me on the second floor he was trying to save money so I missed out on all of the entities that should have been given to me I was too tired to move downstairs or give a call because no one goes out of their way to make me extra comfortable so I'm still very upset about this

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed!
