No tenías habitación disponible está lleno
Pros:

No me gustó porque cuando llegamos no tenían disponibilidad el hospedaje estaba lleno nesesito que me anules la reserva ya que ingresé los datos de mi tarjeta tendría que ser más real la información no debería poner que está disponible cuando está lleno

A basic Hotel
Pros:

- The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The cleanliness of the place was noticeable.
- Breakfast was good and decent.

Cons:

- The room lacks some essential amenities. like kettle, cups, tea and coffee...
- There is no sound insulation between the rooms and the hotel in general. Any movement from the staff or guests can be heard.
- room is small in size. I struggled to fit my 2 bags inside the room.

Lovely, private, comfortable, homey, spotless
Pros:

Beautiful property. This guesthouse feels like a beautiful home. Located in a gated property of El Refugio (one of the top spas in Banos). It is a short distance from town - quick can ride. Not walkable but that makes it nice and quiet. Lovely cooked to order breakfast, good WiFi, lovely sitting areas. A little hard to find - don’t use google maps! Look for El Refugio spa instead. Miguel and Jose and another female staff took great care of us.
