We'll be back, but only after the renovations are done.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the mattress was comfy. My spouse liked the height of the bed, not too high like some we've encountered.

Cons:

owing to construction, we had to bus our breakfasts back to the room.

Pros:

Staff was polite and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed. Breakfast was a wonderful variety; had plenty to offer. Right near University at Buffalo. Very safe and easy to find.

We had a great stay! Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool, and breakfast was tasty and convenient. My husband appreciated the fitness center, and we all enjoyed the outdoor amenities — the grills, basketball court, corn hole, and lounge seating made it easy to relax and have fun together.

Cons:

The room wasn’t perfectly pristine — the bathroom tiles and carpet could use a deep clean — but overall it was comfortable for our stay.

Consistent service!
Pros:

I travel all over for work and have never had a bad experience in a Hilton facility. This particular stay has been one of the best. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I work nights so sometimes I miss the room cleaning because I am asleep. This morning I got in at 9:30 and my room had already been serviced. What a relief! The staff All around is extremely friendly and the premises is beautiful and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!
