Stay here without worries!
Pros:

Stayed 5 nights, going back and forth to the Falls and Canada. We have been Diamond members for decades and this is one of the nicest Homewood Suites ever! Clean, attentive staff, secure, good breakfast…just the best. Thanks to Jillian and all the others we spoke to. I would definitely book again.

Pros:

Hotel correcto pero lo considero caro para la relación calidad-precio.
El desayuno bastante completo.
Está bien situado para ir a Niagara Falls si tienes coche.

A modo resumido: Tuve problemas con mi tarjeta pues se hicieron movimientos que considero no correctos y no informados. Todavía tengo uno pendiente que según ellos no les constaba pero cuyo importe está retenido, a parte del cobro por la estancia ya realizado. Hablé con 4 personas diferentes en varios días desde mi llegada debido a este tema y me atendieron con educación pero no me ofrecieron solución ya que decían que no podían hacer nada pues era un problema con mi entidad financiera.

Just remodeled
Pros:

This Homewood Suites was just remodeled and our suite was excellent in all respects. The beds were extremely comfortable plus the free breakfast is definitely above average for both the taste and selection of the food.
All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Jillian at the front desk.
I highly recommend this Homewood Suites.

The room was spacious and the mattress was comfy. My spouse liked the height of the bed, not too high like some we've encountered.

Very nice
Pros:

Staff was polite and courteous. Room was comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed. Breakfast was a wonderful variety; had plenty to offer. Right near University at Buffalo. Very safe and easy to find.
