The fact that a large team-building retreat was taking place should have been clearly communicated. It may have been great fun for the group and good business for the hotel, but for guests who came to relax, it is one of the worst possible situations.
Este hotel é maravilhoso, e tudo ótimo desde do quarto até a piscina que é fantástica, tudo super bem cuidado e limpo. Recomendo! Vou voltar mais vezes!
De bom só tem a Localização.
O hotel não tem culpa mas o ambiente é só jogadores de golf, logo podem contar com homens, copos e barulho por todo o lado. Notas negativas: estivemos uma semana e tivemos total ausência de musica ambiente em Português, em época de morangos e cerejas nem vê-los, 18 euros por uns ovos rotos feitos com batatas pré-fritas achei arrojado...Entendo que o problema se esteja generalizar, agora acha-se que se pode praticar os preços dos outros e apresentar qualidade e serviço inferior.

Designadamente, a simpatia do staff. A envolvente e as instalações do hotel, o restaurante e o bar também são de realçar.
A dificuldade demonstrada e alguma incapacidade da gerência do hotel em encontrar soluções fora do standard para satisfazer solicitações dos hóspedes. Estava hospedado no hotel com um casal amigo para o seu casamento. Nestas situações, existem sempre pedidos fora do standard. Foram feitos pedidos, como shuttle e late check-out, para os quais a direção demonstrou forte resistência e dificuldade em ajudar a encontrar uma solução.
