Outstanding stay at Croke Park
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Croke Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful; rooms were large and comfortable; restaurant provided excellent food. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location but hotel service is very disappointing
Pros:

Fantastic location…if you can actually get to it. Our first time at croke park hotel as we were attending a concert. Unfortunately every road to the hotel was closed off- which would have been fair enough had the hotel informed us of this. We drove around for 40minutes trying to get to the hotel so we rang the hotel and were told, “oh yes you have to go to Fitzroy street to be allowed access”. This could have been communicated to us in an email and would have saved the unneeded stress. The restaurant staff were excellent. Hotel itself was lovely, our room was small but clean.

Cons:

When we finally arrived at the hotel, we were greeted at the entrance by a doorman who whilst he was pleasant, he did not help us with our luggage at all, even though he seen we were struggling. Parking at the hotel is not included and we were charged 15euro. There was infact no parking spaces left and we were directed to park in a storage area. We dined in the restaurant prior to the concert and were given a small menu ( apparently match day menu) and were also told there were no cocktails available as they were too busy. Again this would have been fine if it had been communicated prior. After returning from the concert we had to join a massive queue to re enter the hotel, we showed our room card and were asked further questions about our stay to prove we were staying at the hotel. We then went to the bar and again were told no cocktails. Staff approached us while we were sitting with drinks to again ask for proof we were staying at the hotel. It felt like an interrogation. At that point we just went to bed, as this was not the relaxing stay we had planned. Overall just very disappointing. The sink in our room was also blocked.

Parfait pour un séjour à Dublin sans le brouhaha du centre-ville
Pros:

Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous du check-in jusqu'au check-out. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoire pour pouvoir se relaxer. Les équipements sont parfaitement en adéquations avec les descriptifs.
Ayant essayé le restaurant "The Sideline" via le room service, c'était parfait.
