Interesting authentic location!
Pros:

Great value. Very convenient if you are on the way to somewhere outside of Dubai or if you want to explore International City, which has a great Chinese community and restaurant. Dragon Mart is also an interest place.

Cons:

Now where you are going. It might not be too convenient if you are planning to hit the common spots in Dubai.
