Tutto perfetto, dalla posizione ( a piedi solo 15 minuti al centro), alla struttura accogliente e molto bella. La stanza grande e spaziosa era pulitissima. Servizio colazione perfetto, staff professionale e gentile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante del hotel e la cena era ottima. Consigliatissimo

Pros:

Decoração do hotel com bom estilo. Café da manhã. Restaurante muito bom. Um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, num lugar calmo com alguns bons restaurantes por perto.

Cons:

A janela do quarto não abre, o aquecimento pode deixar o quarto um pouco quente.

Nice hotel and staff friendly, but not particularly 'pro-active' in the restaurant.
Pros:

Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant wasn't particularly good. Minimal refreshments in the bedroom i.e. only 4 milk sachets and 2 tea bags (2 people occupying room). Only a small TV.

Pros:

Location was great, staff very friendly and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was tired and needed some refreshing.

A very convenient, comfortable and friendly hotel
Pros:

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent- just a short walk into the centre of Oxford. Breakfast was especially good

Cons:

My single room was a little small but having a juliette balcony was a big bonus

Actually really liked the property- have stayed here twice, once on 2nd floor and another time on 3rd floor

Great location , disappointing guest rooms / bathrooms & corridors .
Pros:

Location & parking - easy stroll into Oxford town centre . Cheerful & helpful staff . Nice breakfast

Cons:

Think walls / noisy / hard to sleep .
Very basic & old fashioned rooms / bathrooms & furniture . No fridge in our room ! Not what you expect for the cost & for a 4☆ hotel. Needs a good redecoration / refurbishment of guest rooms & corridors .

Very good and we would choose to stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Although close to the main (Banbury) road, there was no road noise and there was a bus stop just outside the hotel, for journeys into the City Centre.
A pleasant walk into the City and also close to the areas of Jericho and St Giles, which are nice to walk around.
Excellent parking at the hotel and no additional charges for this.
The bed was very comfortable.
Very friendly staff at Reception and at breakfast.

Lo stile inglese. Gentilezza e disponibilita' . 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, fermata bus a 20 metri dall'hotel. Colazione ottima.
