Gostei do café da manhã com muita variedade, também para pessoas com restrições alimentares, quarto muito confortável, localização excelente, perto de farmacia, supermercados, lojas, shoppings, lazer na Av. Paulista, proximo á igreja.

Je suis carrément parti dans dormir à l’hôtel tellement j’ai eu une mauvaise impression de l’hôtel ! Je n’arrive pas à comprendre les autres notes !! La saleté règne (mobilier sale, chips sur les canapés du lobby) et personnel de nuit (réception) avec cheveux sales, cravate tachée à de multiples endroits,, débraillé.. arrivée dans la première chambre, impression de saleté incrustée sur le fauteuil et fenêtre qui ne ferme pas .. je demande à changer de chambre.. on me fait patienter le temps qu’elle soit faite.. après une attente de plus de 15 minutes on me dit à la réception que oui je peux monter (alors pourquoi me laisser attendre ??)
Je monte donc et non, en faite la chambre n’est pas prête !
La femme de chambre, adorable, me dit d’attendre dans la chambre pendant qu’elle la termine mais impossible de m’imaginer dormir ici pour ma dernière nuit au Brésil !!
J’ai donc quitté l’hôtel afin d’aller dormir au Novotel de la même rue..
Malgré ma demande, l’annulation sans frais n’a pas été appliquée ..

Atendimento dos funcionários do café da amanhã. Fiquei três diárias e nos três dias houve má vontade quando eu pedia um simples omelete. Alguns itens demoravam a repor e poucas opções
Limpeza deixava a desejar, assim que cheguei tinha um band-aid no chão e ammenities poderiam melhorar (tinha um simples sabonete bem fino, além do shampoo e condicionador que eram de boa qualidade)
Fiquei no Transamerica paulista há alguns anos e foi excepcional, achei que dessa vez as instalações estavam bem gastas
Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei em São Paulo. O quarto muito limpo, o banheiro impecável, e olhe que sou chatinha para banheiros em hotéis.. e esse me surpreendeu positivamente. Viajei com turma de amigos, e todos se hospedaram no Transamerica, e todos elogiaram muito! Os funcionários muito simpáticos e solicitos. Amei a estadia, com certeza irei voltar mais vezes.. sem falar na localização maravilhosa!
