Cons:

Frigobar alagando o quarto e banheiro não funcionando. Mesmo trocando de apartamento outro banheiro apresentou vazamentos. Precisa melhorar muito a manutenção.

Da localização e do tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Ficamos com dois quartos, 701 e 705. Nos dois quartos quase não havia água quente nos chuveiros. Pouquíssima pressão! Praticamente uma bica! Já no primeiro dia avisamos na recepção e eles enviaram o serviço de manutenção! Melhorou um pouco! Mas nada que chegue perto de um chuveiro razoável! Os dois dias de estadia foram decepcionantes, porque eles não fizeram nada para resolver o problema. Pedimos par trocar de quarto, mas informaram que o hotel estava cheio! Parecia que era um problema recorrente e faziam pouco caso!

Great breakfast
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great location, nice and attentive staff. It was a comfortable stay and I would repeat it.

Cons:

The gym is really small and the threadmill made a lot of noise when running. I‘ve tried it once but ended up going to a gym nearby
