The staff were absolutely excellent. So friendly and helpful with everything

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. Bath/Shower was poor in terms of pressure and the soap dispenser was broken. Place was a little dirty.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique
La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée au niveau des voisins.
La chambre était propre également.

Cons:

Rathmines est un quartier sympa, malgré tout l'hôtel est au dessus d'un Aldi et cela rend les début de soirée assez bruyant avec le bruit du transpalette sur le trottoir et du camion.

Good location but with issues
Pros:

Good location for a walk into the City Centre, reception staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Parking is an issue , pre book parking and they have a few spaces in a nearby apartment for a charge .. although it was a warm day it wasn’t a heatwave but the room was stifling hot to the point where I left at 1am and drove 2 hours home

Comfortable, clean ,amazing sleep and a staff member who goes above and beyond
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times and the same staff member has been on I never can remember her name but she’s so sweet such a friendly kind woman always makes the stay 100% better such a gem we went to a concert and the hotel was easy accessible from the city centre after which is so handy nice and quiet away from the hustle of town and the room was lovely and spacious. You’re so close to many shops food places restaurants etc the location is great wonderful stay thank you

I didn’t like that I didn’t stay longer 😂

Excellent hotel to stay for one or two nights if you are attending a gig or football match.
Great location
The Parking is an advantage but you have to book in advance!
