Pros:

The location for what the purpose of my trip was good .

Cons:

Pool = the quantity of chemicals produtos have me allergic reaction in my entire body and my daughter’s body as well. The water was not clear because of the quantity of the chemicals and the smell was really strong .
Restaurant = terrible service. No breakfast options
Room service = I booked for 4 guest and when I got into my room they just left 2 towel !!

Pros:

The room was not cleaned properly, bed were too soft and not at all comfortable, no Air conditioning units working.

There were bedbugs in the bed and we already reported front desk and showed the bites.When asked for service of room,no bedsheets wee changed after we returned late evening.

Will not stay again,disgusting and uncooperative and no proper management.

The staff was very professional

It was very nice having Starbucks BUT I would have like a choice of some fresh fruit

I was disappointed by the condition of the room. The furniture had stains, the bed frames had stains, and the bathroom
