The room was not cleaned properly, bed were too soft and not at all comfortable, no Air conditioning units working.
There were bedbugs in the bed and we already reported front desk and showed the bites.When asked for service of room,no bedsheets wee changed after we returned late evening.
Will not stay again,disgusting and uncooperative and no proper management.

The room was dirty, carpets, moldy tile in the bathroom, paint peeling from the interior doors. The cleanliness was substandard for a Courtyard
Second time visiting and in a room with kids on the floor running late and screaming. Then at 9pm my room was called to ask if maintenance could come in as the floor beneath was experiencing issues. I travel alot this is not my first time at this hotel. I asked staff to be put in different floor as the kids last time were disruptive. They did so without hesitation yet the room i got was not one I paid for and still had the same issue. Will not be staying here again

Everything was broken
Laundry was broken, hot tub jets broken my breakfast was gone bad...rotten ... they did return my money
I booked with booking.com and paid in full. I had the email from them and showed front desk I paid. The front desk said I had to pay again before she would give me a room. Took 1/2 hour to check in
Even the water fountain was broken
Couldn't get in pool in am because no one was at front desk for over an hour
The breakfast was excellent, prepared and served with a friendly smile
