Rooms need updated. Parking way too expensive. Breakfast is great

The furniture in the rooms need updated. It also looked like the mattress was smaller than the box springs. AND THE PRICE TO PARK IS OUTRAGEOUS . Also bring a sound machine. Tons of noise outside

Every staff person I encounter was extremely nice and helpful. The valet guys were fantastic!!

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and hot water and coffee being available was a plus
Pros:

It was close to the convention center and the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly. I want to acknowledge Malique who was the valet and assisted with securing my luggage. He was courteous and very will to help without being instructed.

Cons:

The late check out being only extended for 30 minutes and not being able to keep my car in the lot for a few hours after checking out.

Nice stay.. except for breakfast.
Pros:

The locations was great. Short walk to the harbor. Great spot to get to Camden Yards without driving. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to request ice from the front desk and they did deliver it to the room.

Cons:

While the bed itself was comfortable the top layer, a comforter quilt of some sort, was lumpy and didn't provide any warmth. Breakfast time was the worse! Packed.. no place to sit. But we didn't have to worry, there wasn't any food! Our family of four had to walk to a restaurant and ended up spending $65 for breakfast. I reached out to the hotel requesting a small partial refund for our room, since it was included in the price, and never received a response. Sorry if your hotel is sold out, you should be better prepared with food. There wasn't even coffee.
