Perfectly nice but bit disappointed in beat up feel of bathroom
Pros:

The breakfast food and space was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom felt like it needed some attention and love. For example, At the bottom of the sink cabinet, the wood was broken thru, like 1,000 guests had kicked it before me.

Good for the price
Pros:

Location to arena, Valet parking, kitchen in room.

Cons:

Doors were hard to open. I left my charger plugged into the wall and someone from housekeeping stole my charger. Front desk was nonchalant about it. Don’t forget anything in your room, they will steal from you.

Pros:

Good but needed a larger area for the amount of customers trying to get breakfast, need more waffle irons

Cons:

Parking situation, unless paid for vallet couldn’t come and go as you pleased without paying a ridiculous fee to park each time.

Zentral, relativ ruhig, Zimmer mit Küche (obwohl wir nicht kochen), gutes Frühstück (continental) völlig ausreichend

Cons:

Teppich ist nicht so sauber.....(meine weissen Schuhsohlen der Zimmerschuhe sind schwarz !!! geworden nach 3 Tage)

Carpet and curtains wete not clean. Room smelt musty. Breakfast was very disorganized and not enough seats for guests.

Great Experience In Downtown Baltimore
Pros:

Had a wonderful experience here at the Residence Inn Downtown Baltimore. Everything was great from the front desk staff to the housekeeping and the valet Ronald, Julian, and Marcus were amazing. I would definitely come here again. My only concern about the area is the amount of homeless nearby but once you look past that you’ll find a great hotel with great staff

Really much nicer than I expected! Would stay there again.

Cons:

Wow—some really loud college kids in the room next to me. Maybe stricter enforcement of quiet hours. I know, I’m old now.

What I liked about this hotel was the room. I had the king suite and the bed was comfy, the view was good and the room was spacious.
