The locations was great. Short walk to the harbor. Great spot to get to Camden Yards without driving. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to request ice from the front desk and they did deliver it to the room.
While the bed itself was comfortable the top layer, a comforter quilt of some sort, was lumpy and didn't provide any warmth. Breakfast time was the worse! Packed.. no place to sit. But we didn't have to worry, there wasn't any food! Our family of four had to walk to a restaurant and ended up spending $65 for breakfast. I reached out to the hotel requesting a small partial refund for our room, since it was included in the price, and never received a response. Sorry if your hotel is sold out, you should be better prepared with food. There wasn't even coffee.

Clean, convenient location

This location has a very spacious room that feels like a luxury apartment-type stay, it was only a few blocks from our weekend destination, and the whole process even with the valet parking was easy.
We were placed in a room directly next to a group of boy teens that had no adult supervision, so they were rowdy and noisy until 11pm kicking the door, screaming, running the halls, when we had to wake up at 7am. Despite reporting the incident to the staff, it seemed they could not contact the adults that reserved the room to get these kids to quiet - the only option was to send security up to a room full of kids - and that did not sound safe or appropriate for the situation. There was also someone at 2am that decided to sit outside the hotel and blast music from their car that genuinely sounded so loud that it could have been coming from the nearby stadium from a concert. No one clearly attempted to ask this person to leave or lessen the music. This isn't the fault of the hotel at all, but the location by the harbor can be quite noisy into the late hours - and we were 10 floors up. It didn't help.
