An excellent employee
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located near all the sights you want to visit. We were able to walk to Camden Yards the aquarium and the harbor. The area is safe and clean. The rooms were immaculate with plenty of space to relax. If you had kids the kitchenette would certainly come in handy. I would really like to highlight Antwan the valet. We had a brand new car literally hours old he walked us to the parking lot located across the street to make sure we had a safe spot. Of course we forgot something so he had to come and open the garage because it was late. He demonstrated his great care and concern for us. I was able to observe his interaction with other guests and he demonstrated professionalism and curiosity to each and everyone. Antwan is an excellent employee and hopefully will be recognized for his efforts. I highly recommend visit to this hotel!!

I reserved a room with 2 beds, only got one bed. Explained this and showed staff a written confirmation for 2 beds, staff made excuses- nothing done. One of us slept in the couch.

Great Stay In Baltimore.
Pros:

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It felt very much like home, with everything accessible in our room; having a full kitchen was amazing. The staff were very professional, and overall, it was an excellent stay.

The showerhead needs to be replaced because it doesn't have enough water pressure.
