Won’t be staying there again.
Pros:

There was a lot of room in the room.

Cons:

Our room smelled, we paid for a suite because we needed to sleep 6 people but the pull out bed was broken. As my husband was putting the bed back(which was a chore) he was scratched by a piece of metal that was all of a sudden sticking out of the frame. It was a mess.

Comfortable, clean and affordable
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool was cold, so that was disappointing.
The breakfast was decent but the pancake maker didn’t seem to work well.

Terrible customer service experience. If I could give a negative score for staff, I would.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

The customer services was the worst I have ever encountered in any hotel I’ve stayed. First, they wouldn’t honor my online booking price. Charged me 80 dollars more because of “taxes” when my booking said taxes included. I was treated rudely for asking to speak to the manager. Upon check out I was told when I asked what to do with the keys “I don’t work for you” when that’s exactly what the hospitality industry is about! She was very rude and called me a profanity as I was leaving. I didn’t get her name. But she was Hispanic. Broken English, wore glasses. This experience was awful! I will never stay at that hotel again. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect.

Good overnight stay. They need to fix the vent noise.
Pros:

Clean. New. Comfortable.

Cons:

Storm came through and the wind caused the vent pipe near the ice machine to make extremely loud and continuous banging noise that would wake even the soundest sleeper. Staff said the problem was unrepairable.
