Exceptional outstanding hotel
Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed in!! The staff are simply exemplary in thier service, showing the greatest kindness, understanding and helpfulness towards the guests and making every effort possible to provide the most comfortable stay for the guests. The breakfast was very good too, with delicious barista style coffee and fresh croissants. Do not miss this gem of a place in your stay in Rome!

The did not refund my third night which I did not make, My booking was for three night with partial refund and I only did two nights

Pros:

It is a nice place to stay. Close to the metro station, which makes it easy to reach any other parts of the city. The location quiety and nice. The hotel is cosy. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to report. Everything was nice, just the way I expected. A nice cosy hotel to stay in Rome. The staff is friendly and professional.

Excelente ubicación y atención!
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y variado, la ubicación del hotel excelente, cerca de restaurantes y heladerías, el coliseo de Roma a solo 15 minutos caminando y la estación de trenes a 5 minutos.

Bardzo miły pobyt w super czystym obiekcie ze świetną obsługą
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, niedaleko Roma Termini, w zasięgu kilku-kilkunastu minut do ścisłego centrum, restauracji, metra, linii autobusów i dworca kolejowego. W hotelu super czysto, zespół międzynarodowy, bardzo zaangażowany, pomocny. Pokój urządzony skromnie, ale odmalowany, materac wygodny, łazienka wyremontowana, bardzo czysta. Śniadania skromne - ser, wędlina, bardzo dobre jogurty i owoce (melon, śliwki, nektarynki), płatki kukurydziane, masło, oliwa, ser topiony, woda, kawa americano, cappuccino, espresso, wybór herbat i rogaliki typu croissant z nadzieniami do wyboru. Trafiliśmy na falę upałów, ekipa z recepcji za każdym razem pytała czy nie potrzebujemy wody, myślę, że nie jest to standard.

Cons:

Gdyby do śniadań były jajka i pomidor to byłyby to śniadania idealne!

Bueno, bonito y accesible
Pros:

Muy acogedor, tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción. La ubicación súper buena con paradas de bus y tren cerca. Además de ascensor para mayor facilidad. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Lo único es la ducha que es un poco pequeña y no tiene delimitado el piso, así que se riega el agua.

Tranquilidad
Pros:

El personal muy agradable y siempre pendiente, sobre todo porque hemos venido en una semana con altas temperaturas y siempre nos ofrecían botellas de agua y el desayuno muy rico. Está al lado de la estación de bus y la de metro, en si muy bien conectada. Zona muy agradable.
