Keďže išlo o hotel, určite by sa našli drobnosti, ktoré by sa dali zlepšiť, napríklad pestrejší výber na raňajkách. Nešlo však o nič, čo by nám pokazilo pobyt. Veľmi milý a ochotný personál, ktorý bol vždy nápomocný. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a v poriadku a veľmi sa nám páčila aj lokalita. Celkovo sme boli spokojní a pobyt sme si užili.

Overall satisfied with the stay
Pros:

Great location and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The shower was not the best. The room I stayed in the water was never lukewarm, it was either too hot or too cold.

The walls were thin and you could hear clearly the neighbors in the next room when they were showering and flushing toilets

Buena ubicación y atención
Pros:

Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue, sin duda, la atención del personal. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y fueron muy cordiales y atentos durante toda la estadía. Como hacía mucho calor, incluso nos ofrecían botellas de agua para mantenernos hidratados, un detalle que valoramos muchísimo. También nos guardaron los bolsos cuando llegamos antes del horario de check-in, lo que fue muy práctico.

La habitación estaba bien, era cómoda y contaba con un escritorio, algo muy útil si necesitás trabajar durante el viaje. Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un hotel antiguo, por lo que las instalaciones tienen ese estilo y algunas cosas se notan un poco antiguas.

Como detalle positivo, nos calentaban agua para el mate sin ningún coste adicional y se esforzaron en hablar en español.

En general, destacaría especialmente la amabilidad y predisposición del personal, que realmente hicieron que la estancia fuera agradable.

Cons:

El punto más flojo fue el desayuno. Si bien tiene varias opciones, en comparación con otros alojamientos en los que estuvimos durante nuestro viaje por Italia, fue el que menos nos gustó. La calidad de los productos podría mejorar bastante.
