Filthy, old rundown, feared bed bugs so I slept in my sleeping bag. Could not walk on carpet without shoes.
Water marks on ceiling. Chipping paint. 2nd night we were changed to a new room that was alittle better. A water hose was snaked in front of the door to our room that I trip on and fell. One lady at desk in the evening, took awhile to check in. The breakfast lady was very helpful.

Room was dirty curtains hanging off safe closed could not open it tv remote did not work mattress uncomfortable and creeked. Generally desperately needs up dating . Breakfast was ok friendly receptionist and the lady that looked after the breakfast was friendly but the rest of the staff were offish. Don't bother unless your desperate.

I wish I would have taken pictures. Room 73 was awful. Peeling/rippling wallpaper from the top corner of the wall, peeling flooring from the bathroom with staples (what?!) to keep it from peeling further, inoperative fan in toilet/shower room, and room very evidently not being vacuumed before arrival. I wouldn’t stay here again. The remodeled state of the lobby and general areas have the impression the room would be in much better condition, but it was terrible. I wouldn’t stay again.

Worst stay I’ve had at a hotel ever. Rooms were dirty, keys did not work in door, people were asking for extra towels because 4 were staying in room and only had 2 towels. Some people complaining they didn’t even have a shower curtain on the showers. They were being told by desk attendant that she didn’t have the key to were any of that stuff was kept, that they’d have to come back in the morning or to go to the pool and get towels if they wanted. Let’s start with our door to the room, upon check in we were given 2 key cards. Got to our door, it was already open so didn’t need to use key (which we thought was weird). Frame to door was broken and now I know why. Left for dinner, got back and used card and didn’t work, either of them. Went back to desk, gave us 2 new cards which didn’t work either. Desk attendant tried her all access card 3 times before it opened. We Wanted to go out, so went to desk to ask her for other cards for door, she told us they wouldn’t work, that our door didn’t like the cards and wouldn’t give us another, said when we get back to come get whoever was here and they would let us in. Told us no maintenance on tonight to fix door so we’d have to wait till tomorrow to get a key. This was unacceptable to me, you pay for a room, you should get a key that works. WE DIDN'T GET A WORKING KEY TILL THE NEXT MORNING!! No request for maintenance was put in when we went to check the next morning but was given 1 key that worked finally. Nightmare stay. Don’t book!!

In 60 years of travel, I would rate this property as the the worst I have stayed in. I had family visiting from overseas and I would rate the experience as a nightmare. The rooms are filthy. Carpet is as old as the mountains and full of grime and filth. Uncomfortable beds with bugs. The bathrooms smelt of urine with flooring coming apart (see pics). I actually tripped on it at night and luckily didn’t get badly hurt. Rooms are DARK, DINGHY & STINKY. They have no housekeeping staff, PERIOD. We had 3 rooms. 4 of the family members refused to stay in this DUMP and actually moved to the Marriott next door, paying almost $598/night for 2 nights. Not sure, what level of travelers give properties like this such high ratings. Honestly, shame on them for misleading and spoiling vacation of others. TOTAL DUMP STAY AT YOUR RISK!!!!!

Nothing like in the pictures

Where to begin. We check in and immediately the key cards to the room do not work. Not just for us, for all the guests. The poor woman behind the counter (she was the only positive about this place) handled all of the upset guests with politeness and patience, but there were many. The woman had to let my Wife and I into our room. Once we were inside, we found an old antiquated room. Nothing like the pictures. Only one lamp in the entire room worked. There were used washcloths on the bathroom floor, the tv remote did not work and when I tried to plug my phone charger in, the entire socket began pulling out of the wall. I went back to the front desk to ask of housekeeping could possibly come take the wet washcloths that were left on the bathroom floor away and see if I could get some new batteries for our remote control and while I was at the desk, the were at least 5 guests explaining that their key cards did not work. We actually just gave ours back. We were only there for one night so once the lady from the front desk let us into our room, we just stayed in until we checked out.

Pros:

Check-in was a drawn-out process. Room smelled like combination musty/dirty socks. Hallways and room were dark, needed flashlight on phone in order to read anything. Half the vending machines did not work. Sliding door to balcony was held shut by a wooden rod stuck in door track. Hot(?) breakfast was cold and somewhat limited. In-room microwave was dirty inside and digital display on alarm clock was barely visible, even at night.

Pros:

The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation. They were very accommodating unlike Expedia whose solution was here’s a refund in 7-10 days. Expedia has poor customer service and cost me additional funds because of their incompetence. Don’t use their website.

The room was extremely outdated, stained comforter, dirty bathroom floor, non vacuumed rug in bathroom, stained dirty shower curtain, no toilet paper, the room stunk so bad of mold had to go buy air fresheners. Do not recommend
