Pros:

Location, shopping, play area for the kids, picnic area for BBQ. Free coffee and tea all the time. Front porch with our own chairs and access to the lawns.

The breakfast was fine. It would be really great to have some sort of dairy free alternatives out or other allergy information label labeled.

Cons:

The rooms and buildings smelled bad. The floor was not vacuumed. The bathroom was old, dirty, and the water was not hot . The doors were scratched. The hallways sconces were coated in spiderwebs and dust. Our key card kept not working. There were old moldy smelling ice machines. No access to water refilling stations. Skeezy and gross overall especially $214/night!!!

I was worried I was going to get bed bugs.
Pros:

The hotel room was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been clean in multiple stays.

The room was very dated and disorganized. The TV was on a chest of drawers but placed off center and on front of a mirror so once you got dressed you couldn't view you outfit in front of a mirror. Same for the refrigerator and and coffee station, again placed in front of a full length mirror. Two of the lights did not work, and when mentioned to the front desk, they said i could try getting new bulbs, ummmm, not my responsibility. The shower was dirty with soap marks from a bar of soap being left and not disposed of and cleaned. I paid dearly to stay here and thats what frustrates me. No offer of refund or to compensate, they didnt care.
