Puerta en mal estado no deslaquiaba

The room was comfortable and the staff were courteous, but the complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The food lacked variety and quality, and it did not meet the standard I expected for the price I paid. I hope the hotel improves the breakfast experience for future guests. I was surprised to be charged an additional fee for parking. While I understand the hotel explained it was for security purposes, the parking area was still an open outdoor lot, so the extra charge didn't seem justified. Charging guests an additional daily parking fee for a standard outdoor parking lot felt unnecessary.

A pretty good stay.
Pros:

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast wasn't bad and different both days.

Cons:

I don't like the carpet. I think it would be better if it was wooden floors knowing that they are cleaned properly everyday instead of walking on carpet that has been used by different people. The beds can be a bit more comfortable as well

The fact that our door was dysfunctional and hard to open and then would stay open and was hard to close. The keypad on the door worked intermittently. We went to the front desk to book a room for a second night and we're told that you were full. However, I was able to go online and book the room myself. Which is odd wouldn't you say?. Why was there availability online yet not showing as available to your staff. Also, your large dryer was out of order in the laundromat.
