Was dated and smelled bad. Pretty sure the sheets weren’t clean. Dog barked constantly on first floor.

Pros:

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable but the customer service was terrible. Anish, the front desk clerk, was not helpful and quite rude. There was a mixup in our room and he was unwilling to help resolve the problem. Fennel, the general manager of the property, was also unwilling to help and rude. Overall, the customer service we received was abysmal and ruined our experience.

Pros:

The worst experience ever with a bunch of police in the property. The rooms are filthy the bath tub was beyond nasty. The worst part was BOOKING DID NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MINEY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Pros:

Located in a quiet area, homewood suites rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff is nice. The suites are minimally equipped, and the paint in the bathroom, though clean, is gradually showing signs of wear. The breakfast could have been a bit better (e.g. no cream for the coffee), but otherwise a nice experience.
