Pros:

Its proximity to the airport was very good. The aesthetics are also nice

Cons:

The staff was welcoming, however room service dis nog and properly clean the rooms. The property only give you 500ml of water on checkin and housekeeping does not put water in rooms

Herzliche Gastfreundschaft mit Wohlfühlfaktor – trotz kleinem „Kaltstart“
Pros:

Was diesen Aufenthalt im Maritim Hannover besonders gemacht hat, ist das Team. Es ist selten geworden, dass Mitarbeiter so aktiv den Blickkontakt suchen, um einem ein ehrliches Lächeln zu schenken. Dieses kleine Detail sorgt sofort dafür, dass man sich nicht wie eine Zimmernummer, sondern „wie zu Hause“ fühlt. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team, inklusive der Reinigungskräfte mit internationalem Hintergrund, die durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit extrem positiv aufgefallen sind.

Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gepflegt und macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Man merkt zwar, dass das Gebäude schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat (der klassische Charme ist spürbar, aber das Alter eben auch), jedoch scheint man bereits mit Renovierungen begonnen zu haben, was für die Zukunft hoffen lässt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der erste Kontakt an der Rezeption. Die Auszubildende wirkte leider sehr distanziert und fast schon kühl. Da sie mein erster Berührungspunkt mit dem Hotel war, hatte ich kurz die Sorge, dass Gastfreundschaft hier kleingeschrieben wird. Zum Glück hat der Rest des Personals diesen Eindruck sofort revidiert y den Aufenthalt gerettet!

Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffett und Checkout Time um erst um 12 - das war perfekt für unseren Abflug - entspannter kann man eine Reise nicht antreten. Und ich mag den Maritim-Hotel-Style einfach!

Gute Lage , etwas alt aber sauber… aber da die Gesundheit vorgeht wohl der letzte Aufenthalt

Lage zum Flughafen

Cons:

Im Bereich der Rezeption hat ein starker Duftstoffe irritiert, meine Frau hat Asthma und musste den Bereich sofort verlassen da sie atemprobleme bekam. Ich habe die junge Dame an der Rezeption darüber informiert…..sie hat mich nur nett und „verständnisvoll „ angelächelt.
Beim auschecken einige Stunde später war der Geruch immer noch da. Sehr ignorantes Verhalten in Bezug auf die Gesundheit der Gäste.
99,9 % wird der Geruch nicht stören aber für einige kann es fatale Folgen haben.

Genau richtig dieses Hotel zu buchen
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Check in/Check out schnell und unkompliziert.
Die Nutzung des Spa Bereichs, der sehr angenehm ist. Schwimmbad, Sauna, Dampfbad, alles vorhanden. Top 👌🏻

Everything was good

Cons:

No electric jug and cups in the room. Had to ask for them. I didn't like that. Just have a jug and cups in the room. It will be chilly outside and when we come back we need a cup of hot tea thank you
