Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür. Als wir gerade am Einschlafen waren wurde diese Verbindungstüre vom Nebenzimmer aus geöffnet. Da ich einen Koffer vor diese Türe abgestellt hatte wurde die Türe schnell wieder geschlossen und eiine männliche Stimme entschuldigte sich auf englisch.
Hätte ja auch jemand mit bestimmten Plänen sein können!!

Zimmer mit Doppelfenstern, nicht ein Flugzeug gehört, nur Mitbewohner. Kleines Frühstück für Frühaufsteher..
Alles sehr sauber, mehrere Kopfkissen
Schönes Spa.

Cons:

Personal mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Freundlich nach Dienst.
Pool wurde schon um 2115 gereinigt, obwohl bis 2200 geöffnet.
Reinigungskraft konnte kein Deutsch, Englisch oder andere lateinische Sprache.
Lief weg und hat den Reinigungsroboter im Pool gelassen
Den habe ich dann selbst raus geholt.
Keine Steckdose am Bett
Weckservice hat nicht funktioniert, zum Glück Alarm mit Telefon.

Sehr sauber, freundliches und kompetentes Personal

Cons:

Nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: eine Espresso Kapsel Maschine o.ä. auf dem Zimmer wäre toll

Das einzige Manko in einem Familienzimmer für 5 Personen, nur eine Steckdose zur freien Verfügung zu haben. Ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Haus hui - Personal.... deplatziert
Pros:

Perfekt gelegen für den direkten Übergang zu den Terminals zu Fuß.
Es gibt ein kostenloses Mini-Frühstück ab 1:30 Uhr, dem nur ein wenig Saft nach der Nacht in einem klimatisierten Zimmer gefehlt hat.
Der Bau ist - vor allem Innen - geradezu erschreckend mondän.

Cons:

Selten so ein gelangweiltes und am Kunden desinteressiertes Personal an der Rezeption erlebt wie hier.
Die Informationen wurden zwar komplett herunter geleiert - aber dann fühlte man sich auch schon über Gebühr nervend, weil man immer noch da stand.
Und ist das Haus auch noch so schön - ein komplett deplatziertes Gesicht am Empfang macht 5 Kronleuchter auf einen Schlag sinnlos....
