Lite personlig hotell, men inneholder det meste for en charterferie.
Pros:

Det er mange muligheter og mye å finne på.

Cons:

Litt for mye maskinhotell. Lite smil og service på betjening. Ikke møtt av velkommen og ikke et spørsmål om oppholdet hadde vært fint da vi dro.

My favourite hotel in Puerto Rico
Pros:

From beginning to end the experience was perfect. The ladies at reception, particularly the Dutch interns, were very friendly and full of information. The housekeeping staff were very chirpy and always said hello. Jesus and the girl from Italy were great entertainers and felt like one of your friends.

The room exceeded expectations- we had a sofa bed and also a bed on the balcony which was fabulous in the evenings. The television was placed perfectly at the foot of the bed with netflix and youtube available. The beds were comfortable and the pillows perfect. The room was so quiet at night, you could hear a pin drop. The room was cleaned immaculately every day.

The food was great, above average for an all inclusive buffet. There are many stations, Italian, Asian, Mexican, Salad,Cheese, Desset, ice cream, Grill and then another station which varied every night. There are also a couple of drink stations surrounding the buffet (and the premises itself for AI guests). The snack bar was usually pizza, burgers, chips, nuggets, pastries and desserts. There was also a gelato station and it was the best gelato I have ever had.

The poolside always had beds available and was kept clean. There are water slides, a kids pool with different water amenities, infinity pool, adults pool, playground, arcade all within eyesight of the loungers. We also made use of the washing machines which was a great addition.

Car park is right at the hotel, although small, but there is an overflow carpark across the road. There is a set of stairs right next to the hotel which leads you right down to Puerto Rico beach. There is also a taxi rank right outside (approx 5euro down the hills). There is an onsite spar which has everything you could need.

The gym is above average for a hotel gym, some technogym machines (leg extension,curl,cable machine,chest press,leg press,smith machine,bikes,rower,treadmill etc) and also dumbbells - protein shakes available too.

Cons:

Only if I was being picky-

The ladies poolside toilet had no toilet paper, I asked one of the male entertainment staff to grab some from the mens toilet for me and he wouldnt- I had to go back and ask my boyfriend to do it.

There were no towels in the gym at any time- I asked the beauty centre to use a towel and they declined.

The elevator is a bit confusing- the floor number does not match room number eg rooms 700+ are on floor 2, not 7.

To get a beach towel, you have to pay reception and then go to the pool with a card, would be less hassle to just pay at the pool.

The location is very scenic, but the hotel is too noisy and the food was a major disappointment.

Cons:

The hotel does not offer good value for money and does not meet the standards expected of a four-star property. The service quality is quite low, and the food is disappointing. At times, even the freshness of the vegetables was poor. Overall, the dining experience is poorly organised and falls well below four-star hotel standards. The hotel does have nice pools, but they are so crowded and noisy that it is impossible to relax and enjoy them.

Pros:

De har det hele! Der er forskellige pools, så alle kan være med. Der er indendørs og udendørs aktiviteter til børn. Der er også aktiviteter til voksne. Der er voksen områder, hvis man vil det. Maden var god - der var al slags mad; også gluten og laktosefrit. Personalet var flinke. Der var rent både hotelværelser og fælles områder.

Boven verwachting!
Pros:

Modern hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Geweldige ligging. Vriendelijk personeel, vers en gevarieerd eten. Mooie zwembaden. Onze kamer had een prive infinity pool.

Noen dager var det dårlig vasket på rommet.
Det kun var buffet mulighet, ikke en all carte restaurant. Burde vært en mulighet å ikke kun spist på buffet på hotellet

La atención de un camarero llamado, Mohamed. Es un chico joven de ojos azules. La verdad que el, tuvo una atención exquisita. Nos aconsejó muy bien.
La comida muy buena.

Cons:

Las vividas del todo incluido, son de muy mala calidad, nos enteramos más tarde de que había un todo incluido plus. Si lo llegamos a saber antes, ya que en la recepción no nos informaron, hubiéramos pagado la demasía que fuese, pero nos enteramos después.

Пищевое отравление либо в баре либо в большом бассейне ,т к. Плавала под водой и когда проплывала мимо стока,то рабочие чистили трубу,выходящую из бассейна руками,откуда доносился ужасный затхлый запах.Инфекция вполне могла попасть в воду...Ещё дети сидят в этом большом бассейне по 2 часа и я видела как они в него писают ..
