Hotellet har noen hyggelige soner, som for eksempel balkong med fine møbler utfor resepsjon, samt utfor resturant.

Cons:

Vi fikk ikke det rommet vi hadde booket og ble bemøtt med veldig dårlig service både fra Booking.com og hotellet. Vi bestilte ubegrenset havsutsikt, men fikk ingen havsutsikt, vå så rett inn i en murvegg. Hotellet mente vi ikke hadde betalt for havsutsikt selv om booking.com innrømte at vi hadde betalt for det. Elendig håndtering av problemet.

Bra mat och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Alldeles för hög ljudnivå i poolområdet. Golbeläggningen runt poolerna blev mycket hal när den blev våt, stor halkrisk. Vi saknade kvällsunderhållning med trevlig musik och dans för lite äldre gäster, t.ex. vid lobbybaren. Där visades bara fotboll på tv.

Jeg likte ikke å finne en skitten truse fra forrige gjest på gulvet bak gardinen . Oppdaget dagen etter ankomst . Dårlig renhold !

Super kid friendly place, our 2 year old son had the time of his life with the playground, baby pools, football area and the show with the girafe. Food was also very good and the small apartment we had was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

A very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

We booked last minute and don't normally like to stay in large hotels, but we really enjoyed our stay at the Puerto Azul. Yes, it's a very large hotel, but it never felt overcrowded nor chaotic - in fact, it was very well staffed, organised, and super clean throughout. The room was great, very comfortable and spacious, and breakfast very much deserved its 'exceptional' rating. We really enjoyed our stay.
