Disappointing experience – hygiene and maintenance issues
Pros:

view from the window, spa, friendly staff

Cons:

Hygiene: Upon arrival, I found someone else's hair on the floor, crumbs on the table, and used mini-toiletries from previous guests in the shower.
Breakfast: The glasses at the restaurant were extremely scratched and looked dirty. When I pointed it out, the staff just said it was "because of the washing machine."
Room condition: The furniture is outdated and needs renovation. The table on the balcony was rusty.
SPA: There are no lockers for personal belongings, which is very inconvenient.
Smell: There was a very strong and unpleasant smell of bleach in the bathroom.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Amazing holiday in the perfect location. We went star prestige & bed & breakfast. The staff were all so lovely and as this was our 2nd stay we got a bottle of fizz on our arrival. The pool area is clean an tidy and lots of beds so no need to worry about not getting one. Highly recommend and I cant wait to go again in may this year.

Wonderful
Pros:

We have been visiting the Jardin Del Sol for many years, and it still always exceeds our expectations. The location of the hotel is superb, the food is very good, rooms and all areas are kept very clean. Isabel and her team always provide such a good service! Over the years we have got to know many of the staff and it feels like coming back to see our friends! We cannot rate the hotel and staff highly enough, and that is why it's our happy place! We will see you in May and October!

Insgesamt niedrige Qualität, von Kaffee und Toilettenpapier bis hin zu Lebensmittelzutaten und Zimmerservice. Vieles funktionierte nicht richtig oder war einfach kaputt. Das Hotel hat eindeutig schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Flot udsigt!

Cons:

Vi havde et værelse med egen spa og terrasse. Og de andre værelse lå meget tætte. Vores naboer overholdt ikke rygeforbuddet og selvom vi klagede til receptionen, blev de ved - det er ikke hotellet skyld men jeg ønskede at der var en mere stram politik, så folk overholdte rygeforbuddet for det ødelagde ret meget for vores ferie.
