Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, voldoende plaats, variabel buffet

Cons:

Geen shuttle dienst naar de stad of luchthaven. Geen overbodige luxe voor toch wel vrij dure hotelprijzen.

Tolle Lage am Meer, super Ausblick, Frühstück auf der Terrasse und sehr vielfältiges Buffet

Cons:

Whirlpool im Zimmer nur minimale Wasserzufuhr, nicht zu gebrauchen. Schlafzimmer zu klein, kein freier Zugang zur anderen Bettseite möglich.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit erholsamen SPA, sehr gutem Essen in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre!
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die angebotenen Getränke wurden gern genommen. Das Frühstücksbüfett war hervorragend, alles frisch und es gab eine große Auswahl an Eierspeisen, Obst, Süßem usw., es fehlte nichts. Der Poolbereich war sauber und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen. Der Service am Pool war erstklassig. Die SPA-Anwendungen sind zu empfehlen, sehr erholsam.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn telefonieren, streiten und schnarchen. Die Nachttische bzw. Hocker sind viel zu niedrig. Unser Reinigungspersonal war ziemlich nachlässig, Zimmertür offen gelassen und Zimmerkarte (vermutlich die General Master Keycard) stecken lassen.

Très agréable et apaisant
Pros:

La vue de la chambre était exceptionnelle et la literie très confortable .
Le petit déjeuné est très varié .

Cons:

La piscine un peu tard je trouve ( mais c’est un détail ) .
Au niveau du buffet , les œufs brouillés ont vraiment un goût particulier alors que les œufs aux plats et les tortillas sont très bonnes .

Entspannung im ruhigen Mallorca mit Top-Buffet.
Pros:

Das Essen im Buffet ist sehr hochwertig, mit viel Auswahl, wechselndem Thema und alles höchste Qualität. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und der direkte Zugang waren fantastisch, da man so nie irgendwie mit Straßen/Autos in Kontakt kam.
Personal im Dinners und Frühstücksservice extrem freundlich, effizient, aufmerksam und professionell. Der Spa Bereich ist toll modernisiert worden und schreit jetzt Luxus, gleiche Qualität haben die Mitarbeitenden dort. Auch das Gym ist top modernisiert worden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und tagsüber herrscht viel Lärm durch Anlieferung von Waren und Putzwagen im Flur (idealerweise ist man natürlich tagsüber nicht im Zimmer).
Der Check In/Out Prozess gerade im Prestige Bereich bedarf Verbesserung. Der Check out war chaotisch und ich musste extra Zeit einplanen da schlecht kommuniziert wurde, dass die Rezeption im Prestige Bereich Nachmittags schließt.
Es sollte im Buchungsprozess klarer werden, was man im Prestigepaket bekommt und was im Normalen. Die Anlage kann an einigen Stellen weitere Modernisierung gebrauchen (wie in Aufzügen und der Zimmer. Das Spa kostet speziell Eintritt und mit fast 30€ nicht billig.

Hatte mir mehr erhofft und wurde leider enttäuscht

Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wellnessbehandlung sehr angenehm

Cons:

Die Zimmer wirken bereits deutlich abgewohnt. Die Duscharmaturen waren stark verkalkt, zudem waren die Rohre sichtbar. Auch der Wasserdruck ließ leider zu wünschen übrig.

Mein Zimmer befand sich in der Nähe der Suiten mit Whirlpool, weshalb tagsüber bis spät in die Nacht die Motorengeräusche der Düsen deutlich zu hören waren.

Außerdem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Servicepersonal Gäste unterschiedlich behandelte. Dadurch habe ich mich leider nicht wirklich willkommen und insgesamt unwohl gefühlt.

Stunning location and great staff
Pros:

Hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were some of the best we have ever encountered. Especially Jose and Juan at the bar

Cons:

We went all inclusive however I wouldn't say this is an all inclusive hotel there was a lot of confusion over what was and wasn't included. For example no ice lollies and the snack bar at the pool was extra. We were not informed of this on arrival
