Great staff but would not stay again due to the false advertising of pool/hot tub and confusion.
Pros:

The room was decent, clean and comfortable. The items were stocked well. The breakfast was prepared well and the staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful.

Cons:

It was advertised to have a heated pool however, the pool was NOT heated. It was ice cold. We chose this hotel for that singular reason so our kids could use the pool. Also, the breakfast was very confusing. It was set up like a self serve yet while attempting to get our food we were told that part was extra and our vouchers (which were paid upon reservation) were for only a few items on a menu. However, there were no instructions given at check-in nor upon arriving at the restaurant for breakfast. It was very confusing and frustrating yet the staff helped us tremendously and made it a much better experience than it could have been.

I wouldnt stay here again
Pros:

I liked the location and the roominess of the room

Cons:

The bathroom is smaller, I can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with such a small single sink with hardly any counter space, especially for a Hilton. It definitely needs to be updated. There were also stains on the bathroom wall and a hair on the toilet when we first arrived, so gross.

Pros:

At most hotels like Hilton, there is complimentary breakfast but not at this one. I was shocked that breakfast would cost me $18+. I was 1 of 3 guests in an elevator that was shocked that we had to pay $18 even if we just wanted a bowl of fruit as one guest mentioned. Very disappointing and very unexpected. The staff however was customer focused and I received excellent service from the serving staff where breakfast was served.
