The location and the lobby
I had 3 rooms. Two of the 3 had toilets overflowing and the other one, the fridge, and phone didn't work and the bathroom was dirty. They put 2 bottles of water on the counter for a 5.00 charge each and 1 of them was opened, which means housekeeping didn't do their job well! They did nothing to correct it! 1 of the rooms rooms that overflowed took 4hrs for someone to go look at it.

We booked as we were driving, and got a Handicap room, that we did not reserve. I assume only because it was last minute. The hotel was nice, but had some issues and needs to be cleaner in the rooms and bath. Not a big deal at all, usually Courtyards step it up a bit more in that department.
Checking in and out was easy, the bar/restaurant were open and convenient, room was well maintained
We booked this hotel for the weekend of the Hershey RV show. After reading the reviews, I was surprised at the wide variety of experiences.
Our experience was quite good. We knew the hotel didn't have a complimentary breakfast, which was fine. We brought some muffins and put drinks in the mini-fridge.
The location was excellent for attending the RV show at the Giant Center, near the Hershey property. It was about 20 minutes and a very easy route.
The king room was very clean and comfortable -- you could tell it had been renovated recently. While we had plenty of towels for the two of us for the weekend, a larger group might want to request extra on arrival, as shorter stays no longer have housekeeping service. I've found this to be pretty standard these days for travel hotels.
We don't usually watch TV from bed, so the sofa/ottoman was a nice place to relax and watch the huge TV. That said, the TV isn't really in a great place if watching TV in bed is important to you. The queen rooms would be better for this.
The bed was a smaller king, but still very comfy with a newer mattress. The bed wasn't as large as other king beds, such as at the Disney resorts, but it was a little bigger than our queen bed at home.
The staff was friendly, even the gentleman who checked us in at 1:00 am. We always saw someone at the desk and they always greeted us when we arrived or departed.
The only small issue we encountered was on the first night. When we stepped off the elevator on to the second floor, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor (weed?). Thankfully, we could not smell it at all in our room. By the second day, the smell had dissipated from the hallway and we didn't smell it again for the rest of our stay.

Expedia’s website sold me the room with “Breakfast.” That is “Breakfast included!” However, the hotel staff to me the Breakfast must be purchased!!!!
Overall I’d give Courtyard’s a 4 but this was either newish or recently renovated and deserved a 5. Room was spacious. Bathroom was excellent. Nothing particularly unique for a Courtyard property but definitely top notch and even better at the price point.
Great property
Love coming to this hotel when we visit Hershey Park! The staff are all very friendly. I also had a mix up on the dates and Ang at the front desk was very helpful. I didn't have to move rooms and was able to extend the day. Will be coming back!

When checking in (which was very late after a long drive) I think there may have been an issue with their computer system. Hopefully the property can figure that out.
