Noisy and lack of friendliness/service/rude staff
Pros:

Unfortunately, our experience was NOT good here. Our room the first night was reasonably priced and a fairly good experience although no free water for even lifetime Platinum and breakfast was fair at best. Then, the next night was a bit over $500 and the worst Marriot experience we have ever had. Apparently, there was a tournament of sine sort-thus the high room charge but noise we into the midnight hours within the halls and balcony with no security measures to control. Upon checkout, the gal acted like that was the norm for weekends without concern nor apology. I guess some of these are branded by Marriot but franchised out and management at this hotel doesn’t care about loyalty to the Marriot brand nor other guests comfortability… money, money and very rude for mediocrity and terrible service. Did I mention no housekeeping, and if you need towels, they just pull them out of a cupboard near the front desk.

Best Hotel Sleepover
Pros:

My friends and I take our daughters for an annual hotel sleepover and love to come here. They always make sure we have a joining rooms so we can all be together throughout our experience. The hotel is so clean and offers so many things. We never have to leave the hotel as soon as we check in. It’s also a great perk to have food options within the hotel that are appealing to all (even picky kid eaters). The indoor pool is always a must when we come to stay as well!

Fabulous
Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very nice and spacious. We had dinner at the Bistro and the food was very good. Huge portions that were shareable. We also had a very healthy and hearty breakfast the next morning. Good selection and again, wonderful service.

The location and the lobby

Cons:

I had 3 rooms. Two of the 3 had toilets overflowing and the other one, the fridge, and phone didn't work and the bathroom was dirty. They put 2 bottles of water on the counter for a 5.00 charge each and 1 of them was opened, which means housekeeping didn't do their job well! They did nothing to correct it! 1 of the rooms rooms that overflowed took 4hrs for someone to go look at it.

Short, comfortable, easy.
Pros:

Easy to book, comfortable beds, easy check in and out.

Cons:

We booked as we were driving, and got a Handicap room, that we did not reserve. I assume only because it was last minute. The hotel was nice, but had some issues and needs to be cleaner in the rooms and bath. Not a big deal at all, usually Courtyards step it up a bit more in that department.
