The pool and hot tub
My stuff was thrown away instead of kept in the lost and found
Its location. So many restaurants to choose from and the Costco is nearby to refill the tank.
The room has a few defects that should be fixed so that customers may feel been valued.
The staff was extra helpful and a pleasure :) staying there every time I'm that way. 😁
Location, cleanliness, and the breakfast
I would not recommend this for families. I’ve never been to a hotel that’s more strict. Their hot tub is only four people at a time. We are family at five so they’re kicking a person out of the hot tub and we are two adults and three children as a family of five we should be able to enjoy the hot tub together. Absolutely no food whatsoever even if you’re responsible for it. All of my kids said this is the “worst” place ever and I will have to agree. I’m a responsible adult and have no issues cleaning up or watching my children.. I believe the worker was Tandra. I will say the rooms are clean so if you are a group less than 4 you you should not have an issue.
