Will be staying at a Comfort Suites again
Pros:

The friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were large and they accept travelers with pets. Breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying here and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I never have any issues with the room or facilities, and guest service is always accommodating.

Fantastic staff, and an updated hotel
Pros:

Location is perfect was very clean all of the employees that I encountered went out of their way to make sure you had a good stay. All were very good at customer service

Cons:

The hot tub timer feels like it only lasts about five minutes before you have to get out and hit the button again

Relaxing
Pros:

Been coming here for a little while now. this is one of my favorite spots to stay at. Breakfast is always tasty would highly recommend the banana waffles.

Cons:

The only thing I don't really care for is that they're right next to a train track which isn't the worst thing in the world.

Quiet, comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed overnight to attend a concert at Voxman Hall. Our handicap accessible room was spacious and comfortable (except that the bed was so low that it was hard to get out of it!). Although there was a lively group of teenagers staying there (we think for a basketball tournament), and congregating in the breakfast area, our room was amazingly shielded from their noise. Breakfast was average, but the attendant kept things tidy and well supplied. The location was very convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the staff were pleasant. And we slept very well!

Snow day
Pros:

Overall-staff very friendly and helpful. Had to add additional day to original stay as ice and snow occurred at our destination. Food for breakfast was plentiful. Noted upgrade of lobby area paint being done from sandalwood brown to beige. Lightened lobby area considerably. Noticed wear on materials on bed frame and couch in suite but not so much as to distract or affect quality of visit. Perhaps upgrades will be done as financing allows

Very clean
Pros:

Rooms were very clean
Very soft pillows, comfortable bed.
Have big breakfast.
My only complaint is the treadmill was broken in the gym.

Great stay for the price
Pros:

Location is really nice! 3 or 4 minutes to Coralville Mall. Staff friendly. Nice rooms. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a free supper meal as they do this twice weekly. Breakfast was very good with many choices.
