Easy check in process
There were roaches everywhere
Location is perfect for dining.
Hard to control the temperature of the room.
We a lovely stay and plan on coming back sometime soon.
Pool wasn't heated water was cold.
The staff member working when we checked in was friendly and helpful. She was quick to get our room changed when we let her know we had an issue.
We were first given a handicap accessible room, with beds that were very low to the ground. The room smelled like mold. When we were moved to another room, the toilet in the new room would not flush.
Staff were awesome! Very helpful and pleasant.
The Train! Seriously who builds a hotel 50 yards from tracks that are used at night!
10pm, 1am, and 5am on a Saturday morning! Not good for the sleep if you’re on that side of the building!
Good size,comfy beds
The room was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was very cold and that was great for our pop!!
We couldn’t watch the Iowa Hawkeye foigball game on the Big10 channel on tv. So disappointed about that.
The picture & description of facility versus actuality!
Staff was great.
Dirty room. Drapes dirty and stained. Carpet stained. Microwave had food and fingerprint smudges. Room had overall old and dirty look to it. Hallways looked old and dirty as did the elevator. Not at all what I was expecting. Disappointed and wanted to leave. Front desk said no refunds even though I hadn’t stayed more than an hour and was booked and paid up for 2 days.
