purtroppo il personale gentile lho trovato troppo tardi. la signora responsabile della sera non é stata competente, con tutto quel disagio alla fine alla mia richiesta di un paio d'ore in piu la sua proposta finale é stata lo spogliatoio della piscina se non volevo pagare 100€ in piu. il giorno dopo ho trovato un responsabile molto gentile, che mi ha dimostrato che non era un problema lasciarmi un paio d'ore la stanza, ma comunque io mi sono svegliata presto con il pensiero che quelle due ore non lavrei avute. quindi lunico modoper rimediare era assolutamente un rimborso. Cosi é stata una truffa.

Cons:

ho prenotato per una notte sola pagamdo 250€, essendo venuto per lavoro. Scelto questo hotel per usufruire della piscina. Una volta arrivati ci avvisano che purtroppo oggi la piscina é chiusa, punto. Occultando il fatto che c'era un 30esimo con almeno 50 invitati e minimo 10 bambini che hanno giocato in piscina con tanto di musica alta e urla fino all'una e mezza di notte. Per assurdo oltretutto, con tutto quel disagio ho chiesto per rimanere nella camera fino alle 12, quwsta richiesta non potevano accontentarmi perche la camera doveva essere preparata, ma se volevamo con 100€ in piu ce ne davano una che rimaneva libera ed era una piccola suite. Dopo avere speso 250€ semza piscina con un party che a mia insaputa poi durò oltre al limite!

Overall, we are very disappointed with our stay and expected a much higher standard of service.
Pros:

The lady in the kitchen was very kind and always happy to warm up our baby’s meals. The housekeeping staff was also friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel with our child and were very disappointed with our experience.

We were charged €20 per day for a baby cot, which we found excessive. We had requested a kettle in advance, but it was not delivered until the following day. The receptionist who checked us in showed very little willingness to help.

Although we had booked a different type of room, we were given one with a connecting door to another room, which was not what we expected. The air conditioning kept malfunctioning throughout our stay.

The restaurant staff were generally unfriendly, and one waiter in a suit was particularly arrogant and rude.

Very nice stay in the very nice hotel
Pros:

We spent 4 nights in this hotel in June. What a nice property. It is located a few steps from the sandy beach, but also have a nice swimming pool for those who prefer it. The rooms are well appointed, with most of them with the sea view. Bathrooms are large and equiped with every modern amenity you'd need. People can choose different options as far as food consumption is concerned - breakfast only, all all inclusive option. We've chosen the latter and were not disappointed - the food was fresh, nicley prepared, tasty and served by the great staff. All and all, it was a great stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Rimini to relax and enjoy the sea and local cuisine.

Czysty, komfortowy nowy hotel. Zasługuje na swoje gwiazdki. Dobre śniadania, blisko do plaży, czysty duży pokój. Ogólne wrażenie bardzo dobre. Mało rzeczy do których można się przyczepić. Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu

Cons:

Na śniadaniu jedzenie podawane jest przez personel. Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy lecz wolałbym sam się obsługiwać.
