Pros:

From the night reception , to the breakfast staff and house keepers, everyone was greeted. Very clean room, perfect buffet breakfast. You can even enjoy the pool.

Very terrible poor service and did not help at all

Cons:

The TV didn’t work. They left the children on entertainable and one of the staff members that was there I figured his name so My Son hit the floor looked at him, and because My Son was black he didn’t come to his aid or anything. He just saw him hit his head on the floor he didn’t do anything
