The room and building stayed nice and clean as well as the staff were friendly!
Pros:

The room was nice and up to date.

Cons:

The TV was not set up to wifi yet so we didn’t have that. But nothing big of a deal. It was clean and great stay.

Pros:

That the staff was really nice and always making sure that are stay was good.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to be there with no hot water. So in order for my kids to shower we needed to heat up water in the microwave.

The sink in bathroom drainage was very slow
You have to let the water run for about 5mins before becoming warm enough to wash(sink and shower)

Pros:

The location was great and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was an issue with the machine that makes the room keys. It was annoying to have to wait to be let into my room each time for over 24 hours.

After returning to the hotel the first night my room was unlocked. The bolt to the door was opened which didn't allow for the door to close. When I went to the desk the clerk was very nonchalant about my room being open and accessible to anyone. All he said was "I'm sure it was a mistake. "

That response is unacceptable. I had spent good hard earned money to pay for that room. The dayshift clerks did apologize but weren't much better in understanding my concerns and annoyance that anyone could've stolen my belongings and also that anyone could've been hiding in my room when myself and roommate returned. We're two single women traveling alone.

The next night the same thing happened to ky friend two doors down.

I've never experienced this issue anywhere else and I travel often.

Worst place ever
Pros:

Nothing . I want a refund. We stayed there two days before they had a key to the room for us and then only one was given . When requested many times our room was Never cleaned! A pile of sand at the door was never cleaned. We had to go get our own towels . I stopped the cleaning staff and begged them to just empty our trash on two occasions. I am going on social media to complain so that festival goers next year won’t book this horrible place . I will never stay there again!
