Overall it was a pleasant stay with attentive and friendly staff

Shopping and restaurants are close by.

Cons:

It is located in between two sections of a strip mall. You literally have to go into the strip malls’ parking lot and make a 75 degree turn to get to the front of the building. It’s just in an awkward location. Our room was never cleaned because a housekeeper walked out on the job and left the manager to clean which was an overwhelming task for her. Our trash was taken up and that was it as far as cleaning during our 3 night stay.

Pros:

Everything was okay except the pool being worked on everyday. Hotel nice and the staff exceptional. Nice hot breakfast, plenty restaurants and shopping near by.

Cons:

Pool being down seems to be a recurring problem. I’ve recognized the same complaints in other reviews.
