If it has not been for the linen issue, I could have reviewed a lot better. Unfortunately I can’t stay again because of

The breakfast was great, the staff was great and so was the location. The rooms were clean(except linen)

Cons:

The linen was soiled, the pillows under the case was horribly stained, the elevators were dirty(need to be updated)the pool needed to be attend to, I could NOT swim because of the cloudiness

We got there and the room that we booked was not available. We had to go through so much to find another accommodation, come to find out that the room weren’t clean. The front desk offered a smaller room with the same cost or full refund. This was a long trip for us with young kids so having to look for another hotel at midnight was the worst. All this happened because the facility didn’t clean the rooms! No manager on duty at night and the front desk kept saying I don’t have rooms. While waiting we saw 3 different families showed up to the same situation. Will never book Holiday Inn again.

The bathroom wasn't clean, many items were broken and falling apart, for example the shower door. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned when we left and it wasn't addressed.

Overall a great stay. All staff was very welcoming and friendly. Fire alarms woke us early the first morning there. Pool
