Great and comfortable hotel. Close to downtown.
N/A.
We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.
Hotel has been totally updated and modernized the past couple years. Ignore those old reviews saying it's run down. Comfortable and fairly quiet rooms with all the amenities you'd expect.
$19 per night parking. I know of no other hotel in the area that charges for parking. It's because the lot is very small for the number of rooms they have. The fireplace really didn't add much. It's on a timer that's very loud. Kind of ruins any little ambiance from the fireplace. Overall a nice hotel, but not a great value or exceptional for the many options in the area.
Good breakfast every morning with healthy options. Room was clean. Property is close to everything downtown - a huge plus! Staff recommended great restaurants, provided maps and had bear spray available.
We booked a last minute room, needed a pet-friendly hotel, and checked in late in the evening. The room was well outfitted with plates, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. (better than some AirBnbs) and a full-sized refrigerator. The shower got plenty hot with good water pressure. Bed was on the firm side. The duvet was thin and kindof awkward, but luckily we didn't get cold during the night (was in the 30s despite it being June). Breakfast had good options, including fresh fruit (not frozen/canned), and a tasty pork carnitas for breakfast burritos. Some of the bowls and utensils looked like they didn't get completely clean from the dishwasher. Bummed to have to pay $19 for parking. Staff were all very friendly.
This was the worst Hilton stay I've experienced. The place is very old feeling and not kept as clean as I would have expected for a Hilton property. The shower in the room was gross; like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a VERY long time. The air conditioning was broken and blew out lukewarm air, so we had to keep the windows open all night to keep the temperature at a reasonable level (the outside temp was 32 degrees overnight). Had the windows not opened and we turned the fan off overnight, the room would have been too muggy to tolerate. We were booked to stay two nights, but wouldn't stay the second night for obvious reasons. Luckily the hotel compensated for the stay. A bright spot was Tony at the front desk in the morning.
Great convenient hotel location. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Free parking would have been nice. The beds were average when it comes to comfort and unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay.
Great!
We recently stayed in a king suite during the Hill Climb event, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The suite was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided ample space for our belongings, making it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was exceptionally cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been better; we were just steps away from Jackson Hole's vibrant square, with easy access to the best restaurants and bars. I can’t wait to stay at Homewood Suites again—this was truly our best stay ever!
Stayed here for the Hill Climb and it was nothing short of amazing. Had one of the King Suite rooms and we were blown away. Location is perfect too - especially when it comes to staying in town during an event. Walking distance from Cowboy Bar and all of the best restaurants. Comfy beds, amazing amenities, some of the nicest staff ever. Will always stay here when staying in Jackson! 10/10!
Homewood is the best hotel in Jackson! Location is great, you can walk anywhere you need to. In the lobby you can look through different local restaurants menus which is nice to see what all is available around town. Annie at the front desk is super nice and helpful!
Anne, at the front desk, is incredible. She deserves a promotion, raise, all of it. During the entirety of our stay, she went above and beyond to accommodate and take care of us. She was generous with her time and was patient and helpful, especially with our almost 2 year old who was with us. It was our first time in Jackson Hole, and we would definitely come back to stay here, if she's there of course! Fantastic woman! No one better at any hotel, including top 5 star hotels.
This place is the most amazing. It is close to everything a person needs. No need to stay anywhere else while visiting Jackson, Wy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. So helpful they helped me plan my next adventure in a nearby city. The rooms are very nice and the entire place is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of variety, appreciated that there were fresh cut, strawberries, and lots of other fruits available. Hot food was very good, eggs nicely done. Also nice to have bagels and bread and peanut butter available if need be for a lunch on the go later in the day
Breakfast was perfect. Parking was a little hard with a truck but doable. Loved our stay! Coming again soon!
Unimpressed. Yes, it was a suite, but a very small one at that. Breakfast starts at 7; it is 7:15 and still not open for business. No smell of cooking food as well. For the price, they could do better. I will say the room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Beaut town and Hotel close to town centre
The hotel is expensive like everything in the town but you know that going in. The location is great as you can walk to everything. My view was the rear parking lot so that wasn’t great. The people were super nice. The rooms are large and were very clean. And it’s a quiet hotel for sleeping.
Horrible... keys don't work EVERY DAY and the gentleman downstairs (said his name is Craig) on Monday at 7pm-7:45pm is very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful... we had to visit the front desk many times a day because of this issue.... have been staying in Hilton since 25 years ago but never like this in fact. Digital key? Doesn’t work, physical card keys? None of them work (we initially got 2). This is ok. We just need to visit the front desk for help as the Hilton app suggests , right? Wrong!! First, no one was there at the front desk on Monday at 7pm when I first approached. Imagine after a whole day of trails and no one was there to help. Then after trying all my keys again and again running up and down (none of them work), I went to the side of the front desk shouting many times “I need help!” Eventually there was this guy coming out from a secret room to the front desk. This was where the whole nightmare started. Very rude. Very rude when a customer is asking for help many times in person but is ignored. It has nothing to do with my profession or the room rate (expensive, being $800 or $900 a night). It has a lot to do with his attitude when their system is broken or at the very least bothering customers to run up and down like this. They should try that 10+ times for trying to get into own rooms then being treated by this guy like this! . Horrible. How many times did I tell the guy, "I need help"? More than 3 times probably. But , he just kept ignoring and questioning me back with do you need help?? how many times did he question me back, "Do you need help? " maybe 3? 5 times? I’m already showing the cell phone screen!! Of course we needed help! Or why would I be at the front desk? ; Then, how many times did I try to pass the guy the Useless key card but got ignored ? 4? 5? Better check that video recording! lol. Maybe their management can see and count better. What’s worse, with his unwillingness to help, the digital key was still not working after I left the front desk … but only shortly. I had to come back again since it was still not working!! … geez very good workout after a tiring day. Then, even after I showed him my cell phone screen (saying no work, contact front desk) and told him, “this is not funny” , he kept saying many times “do you have a problem?” “What’s your problem?” WOW , this is so unprofessional to its extreme. What really surprised me was his attitude. Seriously, thinking back, maybe it should be me asking, “What is your problem??”
Guess what? The digital key still didn’t work after him saying he fixed it, sending another code whatever. Next morning, no, still didn’t work. But this front desk person’s ill-mannered attitude is what really pisses me off. To be fair, the room is okay and other staff members are nice. But if factor in how you may be treated rudely like this with a small issue of malfunctioning keys … I guess I’m only glad that I advised my friends to stay at a different place for this trip.
