The location to get to the park was great since it was walking distance.

Cons:

I had to call down to get more toilet paper since they didn't leave an extra in room when they clean it, then the bathroom could use a update and put a exhaust fan.

Disappoint and unexpected from the IHG hotel
Pros:

I stayed in this Hotel on 21st June. The first draw back of this Hotel was that there is no porter. Secondly they do not provide Water bottles in the rooms. on the 22nd morning, I girl entered in my room by opening the door that was closed by me in the night. I asked the girl how and why you entered in my room and how you opened the door. She simply said that I was waiting for some one. This was a security threat. When enquired from the Front Desk, I was informed that they have not issued any duplicate key. When I asked to check from their staff if any one has given master key to her, he said I do not know.,

He was not prepared to listen even. Therefore please reconsider while booking this hotel

Nice stay
Pros:

Everything was very nice. Staff was very pleasant. Beds and pillows quite comfortable.

Cons:

Tub/shower controls took a while to figure out. I was on the 5th floor facing Canada. I think though a higher floor level would have afforded a bit better view.

Be more honest on pricing.

Cons:

Booked through booking.com at $327 and then was charged an extra $208 that was not mentioned during the process. So cost over $500 for one night and was not and was not a great hotel for that price. Wall paper peeling and paint peeling off walls.

Good for a quick visit.

Location was good for falls visit.

Cons:

Hotel needs to be updated, especially the bathrooms and the carpets. Staff wasn’t very pleasant. The young man at the front desk, the technician and some of the housekeeping staff were pleasant.
