The proximity to Niagara Falls state park was a pro to the trip.

Cons:

The pool was advertised as heated but it was so cold that my kids wouldn’t even get in. They’ll usually swim in anything, but the water was ice cold. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the heated pool, so we were extremely disappointed about that.

Would never stay here again. Was completely overpriced.

Cons:

The tvs didn’t work. Would not connect to internet. WiFi didn’t work well. Shower made a loud squeaking noise and ac also made a loud noise. Shower head was coming out of the wall. Water pressure was awful
