Cons:

Hotel needs to be updated, especially the bathrooms and the carpets. Staff wasn’t very pleasant. The young man at the front desk, the technician and some of the housekeeping staff were pleasant.

Good location, dirty run down hotel way over priced, great helpful accommodating staff!

Poop on the bathroom floor, poop in the main women’s restroom down in the lobby, it was not a clean hotel overall, the late arrival of our tour bus.

Find a better place untill staffing issues is fixed.

It was super close to the Niagara Falls state park. Made for easy trips to the sites.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t very helpful, I feel like I did more work than I should as a hotel guest. From having to get my own shower curtain and towels from the front desk from the 7th floor. And hang my own shower curtain , because house keeping just didn’t install one. Being Locked out of room almost the entire trip from a faulty door lock that had dead batteries, but I was still made to exchange key cards multiple times untill next day that still didn’t work. The lock didn’t get fixed untill right before check out. And I was mistakenly overcharged over $500 from a staff member.
