Incident neplacut
Pros:

Ne-a placut amplasarea hotelului aproape de obiectivele ce am vrut sa le vizitam si micul dejun diversificat.

Cons:

Fiind trei adulti, am cerut inca de la rezervare camera cu trei paturi iar la rezervare am primit camera cu pat dublu. Dupa interventia receptionerului a fost adus un pat suplimentar.
O alta problema a fost parcarea. Cand am ajuns in oras am gasit un loc de parcare pe strada de langa hotel, intr-o zona marcata cu linie albastra, unde erau parcate autoturisme pe ambele parti ale strazii iar dupa check-in urma sa mutam masina in parcarea hotelului. Receptionerul ne-a spus ca putem lasa autoturismul acolo intrucat este free iar dimineata la ora 8 am gasit in parbriz o amenda de 80 euro ( 40 euro daca platim in cateva zile), aplicata de politia locala la ora 7:53. Cei doi agenti care au fost langa autoturism ne-au spus ca in ziua respectiva, luni, 06.07.2026, se toaleteaza copacii pe strada si este interzisa parcare in locul respectiv.

Enjoyed would certainly stay here again
Pros:

Room very good and spotless,bed very comfortable, very good variety for breakfast,staff all helpful, location excellent for visiting Gibraltar and local Spain.

Pros:

A localização era excelente. Fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé de Gibraltar.
O quarto era espaçoso e cómodo.

Cons:

Precisámos de uma cama extra, que era um sofá e não era muito confortável.
A limpeza do corredor que dá acesso aos quartos precisa ser melhorada.

Correcto
Pros:

Íbamos exclusivamente a Gibraltar y esta a 10 minutos andando. La habitación está muy bien. Nos tocó en el ala que están reformando y está todo nuevo

Cons:

Solo 2 ascensores insufribles y pequeños para las dimensiones del hotel

J’ai eu des problèmes pour trouver l’hôtel avec Map et weiz l’hôtel est grand mais pas visible on est passé plusieurs fois devant sans s’entendre compte heureusement le personnel était présent et nous a accueilli après 1heure du matin 😍😍
