Pros:

Sehr gut mit Auto erreichbar, praktischer Parkservice für das Auto.
Mir hat vor allem das Essen ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, typisch Italienisch, aber sehr phantasievolle Gerichte welche man bei uns in der Schweiz nur selten erhält. Mehrsprachiges, sehr freundliches Servierpersonal.
Den grossen Pool konnten wir leider nicht ausprobieren, wäre aber bestimmt toll gewesen.

Cons:

Vielleicht etwas zu sehr von zwei Strassen umgeben, es war deswegen aber nicht laut.

Cordialità dello staff reception e pulizie.
Camere piccole un po datate ma pulite.

Cons:

Durante le colazioni tutti clienti dovevano rincorrere i camerieri per chiedere le bevande calde o altro, pochi tavoli disponibili all’interno.
Organizzazione assente alle colazioni.

Personale er behagelige og hjælpsomme.
Morgenbuffet er ok, men vi forventer mere til denne pris hotellet koster.

Cons:

vores forventninger blev desværre ikke helt indfriet. Vi syntes det er alt for dyrt i forhold til hvad vi ellers betaler på andre tilsvarende hoteller på samme kyst.
Vi bryder os ikke om ekstra omkostninger som ikke oplyses inden benyttelse, / eksempelvis håndklæder ved pool koster 8 Euro pr. besøg (2 personer).

Pros:

Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht besonders. Sonst gibt es nichts positives zu erzählen.

Cons:

Anlage komplett veraltet, kein Privatstrand. Pool stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bäder sind veraltet. Sehr hellhörig. Sehr laut.

Parking was a nightmare anywhere close by and the parking lot - which was a good walk away - had a pay machine that only took cash!

Beautiful location but not worth the money

The location is amazing next to the beach and town and parking and the view is amazing

Cons:

Very outdated and the shower was every time spilling water all
Over the floor and made it very slippery and we told them every day to come and clean up and they didn’t care ! We asked for more covers twice as well! And the breakfast was not good! Been visiting this place for over a decade and it’s terrible poor now ! Not worth it

Hotel:
Het ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid. De goede zorg voor een nette kamer. Veel personeelsleden zijn erg vriendelijk.
Plaats:
Qua eten en drinken is Arenzano een prima plaats. Bereikbaarheid per auto en trein is ook prima.

Cons:

Hotel:
Een opvallend groot gedeelte van het personeel spreekt bijna alleen maar Italiaans en geen andere taal hiernaast (soms Engels, maar geen Spaans, Frans, of Duits).
Plaats:
Het strand is erg smerig in vergelijking tot andere vergelijkbare Europese badplaatsen.

Keskitasoinen hotelli
Pros:

Hotellissa on tehty remonttia halvasti, mikä ei tee oikeutta kauniille vanhalle rakennukselle. Siistit osittain remontoidut huoneet, mutta ei lainkaan äänieristystä (seinät paperia). Hotellin ravintolassa huono ruoka, mikä on hyvin epätavallista Italiassa. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin oikein hyvä! Pidimme uima-altaasta ja rantatuoleista. Kohteen valokuvat valehtelevat, hotellilla ei ole vehreää puutarhaa vaan se sijaitsee vilkkaan rantakadun varrella.

Cons:

Huono ravintola. Huoneisiin kuuluu kaikki äänet käytävästä ja viereisistä huoneista.
