Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet und unter anderem Silvano vom Service. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und renoviert. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Bäder sind altmodisch und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Zimmer am Meeresfront sind leider laut. Man kann die Nacht keine Fenster offen lassen. Der Pool war leider im April nicht beheizt.

Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel ottima di fronte al mare, le camere sono pulite e ordinate, il personale molto cortese e disponibile, ottimo anche il massaggio nella spa, possibilità di parcheggio interno, la colazione varia ed abbondante.

PERFETTO
Pros:

Anche se per una sola notte è stato tutto molto buono: location, colazione, pulizia, servizio.
Che dire di più: il materasso era eccezionale.
Abbiamo dormito davvero bene.
Se dovessi ritornare ad Arenzano valuterò di sicuro di poter tornare in questo hotel.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, in einem trotz dem Alter tolles Hotel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel direkt am Meer. Die nahe gelegene kleine Stadt mit ihren tollen kleinen Restaurants ist toll. Besonders die regionale Küche ist vorzüglich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte an vielen Stellen einer Renovierung unterzogen werden.
