Incredibly kind and helpful staff, it really made a difference for our stay. Good location of the facility and accessibility .
Large, bright breakfast room. Good breakfast with variety.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities were a bit dated, the gym room small and was lacking basic weight options (dumbells, barbells), could easily be improved.

Hotel con una posizione eccezionale e personale molto gentile, ma con servizi e standard qualitativi che non corrispondo
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è davvero splendida: direttamente sul mare, con una vista meravigliosa e molto suggestiva. L’atmosfera è rilassante e il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento.

Cons:

In camera mancavano servizi essenziali come il bollitore, il tè o il caffè, e persino un semplice bicchiere (anche solo di plastica).
Il ristorante, che in passato aveva una stella Michelin, oggi non è assolutamente all’altezza delle aspettative: la qualità del cibo è piuttosto mediocre rispetto al livello che viene dichiarato.
Inoltre, la pulizia delle camere è disponibile solo fino alle 13:30 (o anche prima), e dopo quell’orario diventa impossibile risolvere qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta urgente, poiché il personale delle pulizie non è più disponibile.
